The room configuration is great and very new. It has underfloor heating so it wasn't cold at night, a washing machine for doing laundry, and even an oxygen concentrator. The location is very convenient, right next to Stop No. 3 in Yading Village, and just a few minutes' walk to the viewing platform to watch the sunrise over the golden peaks. They also serve stir-fried dishes, so you don't need to look for a place to eat after a long hike.

The accommodation is not close to the bus station, but you have to drag your luggage up a hill. There is a lift service and you can leave your luggage overnight. The room does not have air conditioning, but there is a fan.

For the price, the hotel is really value for money. The service is excellent and the hotel staff will promptly attend to your request. The lady boss even took the trouble to notify us when she noticed that our car lights were left on when parked. The bath is also good with rain shower and strong water pressure. There is also free laundry service and the staff provided extra hangers for drying the washed clothes. The bed heater is warm enough for a good night's sleep in cold weather. Breakfast provided is decent and hot. You can also buy oxygen at a super cheap price from the front desk. Besides the room decor being a bit dated and some maintenance are needed, this hotel provides everything you need at a really affordable price.

The hotel is just right beside the bus station (from Shangri-La to Aden, Daoecheng) and very close to Yading Nature Reserve entrance gate. You can take a shared car in front of the hotel. Besides, there are so many restaurants and convenience store around the hotel. The room is basic, but clean and comfy. The owner was also very kind to help me buy the bus ticket back to Shangri-La. I would love to recommend this hotel!

This hotel has its issues. The overall location, sanitation, and environment are excellent, and the hostess's overall service was also excellent. But why did they give them a bad review for the service? I don't know if it's her son or her husband who's the one with the worst brains. I added him on WeChat to get an invoice, but I sent him a screenshot by mistake. I originally booked the wrong room type at this hotel, so I changed it, so I sent him the wrong screenshot. He got furious. The voicemail said I'd already checked out, so why would they issue an invoice? They're legally responsible, and then he blocked me. I tried to verify my identity by telling him that the screenshot was wrong and that I actually stayed at their hotel. He blocked me and refused to let me go. I'm just asking you for your bad temper. Working in the service industry, are you out of your mind?!

Traveling alone, I found this place to be very budget-friendly, saving me a lot compared to staying in a standard room for 400-500 yuan by myself. In the dorm, I met fellow outdoor hiking enthusiasts, and we had great conversations. The service here is excellent; the front desk offers free luggage storage and provides mountain essentials like oxygen tanks, jackets, raincoats, and trekking poles. The owner is also very enthusiastic about sharing travel tips for the scenic area. Highly recommended!

It was a great place for a Westerner to stay. The staff were very helpful. The location was great and there were plenty of food and drink options.Very close by

I was there twice, before and after visiting yading reserve. The first time was nice, the room and shower weren't the best but ok, and the lady at the reception was super helpful with all my questions. On the second time, there was a problem with the water which I only found out after I entered the shower. A small sign could have helped. Eventually I got the water for the shower but later I wanted to go for the toilet and couldn't flush since there were no water, and there was nobody at the reception to ask for help. They changed my bed and the wall near the new bed was filty, and somewhen after midnight they entered the room while I was asleep, turned the light on and started changing the covers for a new girl in the room. I'm sorry but that should have happened during daylight, not at this time, or they should have just given her one of the other vacant beds in the room.

The hotel is in a great location and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk staff was gentle and the check-in efficiency was very high. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation was online, and the rest was very stable at night. The hot water supply is stable, the supporting supplies are complete, the service is intimate and meticulous, the overall price is full, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, and it is worth buying back.

Our room was so big and the lady at the reception has been super flexible and is very sweet. Great place to stay and acclimatize after landing at the airport.
