I had a wonderful stay at ZenView Yading! The host is incredibly kind and speaks excellent English — which was such a relief for a non-Chinese speaker like me. It made communication easy and the whole experience so much more comfortable. The location is unbeatable: it’s inside Yading National Park itself. On clear mornings, I could watch the breathtaking alpine glow right from my bedroom window — a truly magical sight without even needing to step outside. Another huge plus is that staying here allows you to start your hikes earlier and stay out later than those who have to travel from Riwa or Shangri-La Town near the park gate. It not only saves time but also transportation costs in and out of the park. The room was warm, cozy, and perfect after long days exploring the park. If you’re planning a trip to Yading and want a convenient, beautiful place to stay, ZenView Yading is absolutely the way to go!

I have never written such a true and long review! One of the stops on the self-driving route 318, preparing to go to Daocheng Yading, came to Shangri-La for accommodation. I was really lucky to book this hotel. On the day of booking, the hotel staff was very considerate to call to ask what time we would arrive, and took the initiative to add WeChat, sending detailed pictures of finding the parking lot, and then sent a lot of guides and precautions for traveling in Daocheng Yading! It was almost 10pm on the night of check-in when the hotel staff greeted us at the door, directed us to the parking location again, and offered to help with the luggage. When we checked in at the lobby, they thoughtfully poured us cola, ginger tea, and rhodiola rosea water. They were warm, enthusiastic, and considerate throughout the whole process. We booked two nights, and they even upgraded my room for free. The first feeling when I entered the room was that the price and sanitation were simply super value! We went out the next day. The breakfast was very rich and well kept warm. When we came back at night, we found that the room was super tidy. Cleanliness was no big deal. The skin care products on the table were collected into my makeup bag, the clothes on the sofa were neatly folded, and the things on the washbasin were also neatly placed. All the items in the room were replaced with new ones. Every service staff in the hotel is super nice. They patiently answered every question I had and helped me when I needed help. I asked them to help me book a discounted ticket for Aden Code, but I couldn't go because of a fever. They also worked hard to coordinate a full refund for me. At night, when they passed by the lobby and saw that I was not in good condition, they took the initiative to ask for help and poured me water. They were always concerned about my physical condition. I was very sorry about the refund, but he comforted me in return. I was supposed to stay here for only two nights, but their enthusiasm and service made me feel it was worth staying here for one more day, and watching the Aden Code show by the way. I asked them to help me book tickets and choose a good seat at a discounted price. I decided to continue staying here for 3 days. This hotel is the one I like and miss the most in my current travels. In this place, tourists can feel the warmth of home! Every single one of the hotel staff deserves my long review for this! I really hope that everyone who comes here to travel will experience the environmental sanitation and services here! I really like the ******* area, Daocheng Yading, the last piece of pure land in the world! Haha. The hotel added color to my trip. It was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip. The hotel is newly opened, clean and sanitary. The front desk and the room lady provided very good service, attentive and considerate! The hotel facilities are complete, and very high-end and classy! I hope I can come to this piece of pure land again if I have the opportunity. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Super awesome!
