"Originally went to Meili Snow Mountain, because of the weather, temporarily changed the route to Aden, hurriedly set the hotel, but the hotel's response speed is super fast, the group service is built in advance, the hotel manager in the group to reply to customer needs as soon as possible. You can make an appointment for the hotel's pick-up vehicle, and receive the hotel directly from the entrance of the visitor center. You don't have to queue up to take the bus. The driver's master is lively and cheerful. He also introduced a scenic guide who is good at taking pictures. The price is fair. The next day the scenic tour experience is very good. I was particularly touched to learn that the day of my stay was my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a longevity noodles birthday cake and a small gift to the room. The room facilities are very comprehensive, the window is Xian Nairi, you have to especially praise the speed of hot water supply, hot water in seconds, dare not take a bath on the plateau, hot application is very comfortable. The oxygen supply is very sufficient, and I sleep well at an altitude of 3,700. There is a small road behind the hotel that was developed by the hotel itself, and the angle of seeing Xiannai is better. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered directly with the housekeeper. The amount of dishes is very large, the taste can also be selected, there are Sichuan dishes and there are not spicy. The hotel staff are very simple and sincere, making people feel safe and happy on the plateau. I will definitely choose Pakru again next time I have the opportunity."

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys."

"I had high expectations for this hotel, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet that standard. I had booked five rooms. We arrived at 6:00 PM, and there was a queue for check-in with only one staff member at the counter. As a result, the service quality was poor. The process was not smooth and was frequently interrupted by other guests. Upon heading to our rooms, we found the hotel corridor lights were not turned on. The dark corridors made it difficult to locate our room numbers. To our disappointment, one of the rooms was not ready. While we would understand an early check-in issue at 2:00 PM, finding an unprepared room at 6:30 PM is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The overall service was a major letdown. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and spacious, breakfast has a good selection."

"Came to Yading and it was totally worth it. The hotel was great, stayed for 2 nights straight. The hotel is about two kilometers from the main street, which makes it very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep in the high-altitude environment. They even have oxygen machines; one person in our group, who was suffering from altitude sickness, found great relief using it. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the dry-pot cauliflower and stir-fried pork were both delicious. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; as soon as our car arrived, several handsome guys and beautiful ladies helped us carry our luggage into the lobby and warmly offered us warm water. We needed extra slippers and toothbrushes for our three-person occupancy, and any request was promptly delivered by a ******* gentleman with just one phone call. A truly excellent experience."

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and abundant negative oxygen ions, creating a natural 'oxygen bar' environment that's incredibly invigorating. The hotel boasts a spacious parking lot (both surface and underground), making parking convenient with plenty of spaces. They also offer a dedicated butler luggage service, which is considerate, attentive, and incredibly detailed. The overall hardware facilities are high-end and complete, making for a very secure and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it."

The room was well-equipped with underfloor heating, a humidifier, and an oxygen concentrator. There was also a foot bath tub available in the evening, which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. The toiletries, especially the lotion, smelled wonderful! The three young ladies at the front desk were also very responsible and welcoming, always ready to help. The chef's cooking was also excellent!"

"First, it's important to note that the Daocheng Yading Scenic Area is a problem for the scenic area, but it also puts the hotel at a disadvantage. Songzan's most significant feature in Daocheng Yading is its car transfer service into and out of the scenic area; no other options are available. This is its uniqueness. The facilities are excellent, the aesthetics are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner are a bit bland, but the quality is excellent. The beef is especially recommended. The main drawback lies in coordination with the scenic area. Songzan guests depart from Yading Village together with other B&B guests, with no special transfer options. Whether paying 300 or 3000 yuan, they receive the same treatment. The same applies to the scenery outside the hotel. This is also a major drawback for this establishment."
