My Driver was great person who showed me places on the way and also helped me to click photos. The Hotel staff attends to your requirements with enthusiasm. The Rooms are big. Rooms have heated floorings. The Natural Spring area is a Public bath with different types of Pools. Some room too have Pool with water from the Natural Hot Spring. The hotel's Campus is the CITY BUS STOP to the Airport."

"This is by far my most satisfying hotel in western Sichuan. The service was exceptional. I originally booked a one-night stay as a trial, but the front desk staff's attentive and thoughtful service was so impressive that I immediately extended it for another night. Upon learning we were visiting Daocheng Yading for the first time, the front desk lady patiently explained the best itinerary. She always greeted us warmly when we saw her again. The room was spotlessly clean, and parking was convenient."

The bedding looked crisp and inviting, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, making for a truly pleasant and comfortable stay. The ambiance, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. The staff were both enthusiastic and thoughtful. The dining options were also very much to my liking, and the local specialty dishes were prepared authentically. The most pleasant surprise was the complimentary ******* costumes available for guests – perfect for taking amazing photos! Overall, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Yading!"

From sheets and duvet covers to towels, everything was neatly folded. The housekeeping staff were very thorough and greeted us politely. ❤️ The front desk service was also warm and courteous. The staff were attentive, meticulous, and able to handle issues promptly and efficiently. Because my daughter sprained her ankle in the Daotian Yading Scenic Area, we decided to stay an extra day. During our stay, the hotel staff were very caring and concerned. The security guard in the parking lot was also very helpful, proactively asking about our hospital. "The room was well-equipped, with free oxygen concentrators and humidifiers. Also, free hiking sticks were available for borrowing. Parking was very convenient. Although the hotel is located in a busy city, it was very quiet. I was very satisfied. A more extensive breakfast would have been even better."

"For guests driving, there's ample parking, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene is excellent. The lounge bar and restaurant have a great ambiance. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, with both Western and Chinese pastries, plus local specialties from the Western Sichuan Plateau. It gets quite lively when there are a lot of people."

"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shangri-La town, just over a 10-minute drive from the scenic area entrance. Local taxis are readily available right outside, and for only 10 yuan per person, they'll take you directly to the entrance. Parking is a breeze, and you'll find plenty of dining and shopping options within easy reach. For evening entertainment, you can try on traditional ******* clothing right here at the hotel, or opt for the Yading Password evening gala. I particularly love visiting in summer – the weather is perfectly mild, neither too hot nor too cold. There are no annoying mosquitoes, and you escape the stuffiness often associated with air-conditioned rooms. It's truly comfortable and comes highly recommended!"

"The hotel has a nice environment, a rich breakfast, and complete facilities and equipment. Knowing that we were about to arrive, they helped us turn on the floor heating and put hot water in. There was also a fruit plate in the room. They patiently introduced the tourist routes to us. The service was very thoughtful. I will stay here again next time I have the chance."
