"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room.
The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"Hotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine.
The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd.
Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

"It was a great stay, had a relaxing time with family. We booked for a two bedroom suite but it was upgraded to a three bedroom suite. The kids enjoy the bath tub and spacious living room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Definitely would go back to this hotel to spend quality time with family and friends."

"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest.
Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not.
Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉
As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"The place is very beautiful, clean and cozy. It is within walking distance of the Pokemon Run event we participated in. It is also close to the Mall of Asia, which is a plus. Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

RRicassandraGood location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

LLilo the CatIt's our home away from home. We've spent most of our days here, and during our stay, it has been a wonderful experience! They provided us with the things we needed, as well as better accommodation options, which was great. The staff are also one of the friendliest people we've seen—including Lyndon, the stuffed bear that greets you as you enter the hotel. Overall, the Lindon Suites is a wonderful place to stay as it provides great accommodations and is filled with good people.

Clean, pillows good and strong pressure shower. They have a gym for all you needs, swimming pool and steam and sauna. All nice , but can be smelly due to the fact it is.... yes old. Breakfast is simple but good, some asian food but also they can make you eggs on your whishes.
Location if your business is in Ortigas is great, close to Megamall and Shangri la mall, with good food options. At the end it is all about what you pay for the room.

Only downside had to wait for the lift long time, seemed to be only 1 lift works out of the 3.
Their breakfast buffet could have more options, but
staff were super friendly and room is nice and cosy. The terrace is amazing as you are looking right across the shopping mall.
Regardless, i’d still come back.

OOreo20Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
