"We recently stayed at Discovery Suites Ortigas for a quick family break with my wife and daughter, and the experience felt smooth from the moment we arrived. It started at the parking area. The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"Very clean the room and beds smells good. Staffs are accommodating. Parking is perfect no hassle. everything is around the corner . near Robinsons mall and near Starbucks cafe."

"The kindest hotel in Pasig City based on my experience. The front desk staff were very kind, and the way they spoke was gentle and polite. We also had a problem with the bathtub, so we called the front desk. The engineer arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it in another 5 minutes, even though it was around 11 PM. Their response was incredibly fast. I especially remember the FAB restaurant (for breakfast). A staff member named Mr. Zac was very kind, well-mannered, and spoke so gently. Actually not only him, but most of the staff were very kind and polite, showing that they had received special training. Considering the size of the hotel and the quality of the accommodation, the service we received was exceptional. The location is also very convenient, near Robinsons Mall and even connected to the hotel on the 3rd floor. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again."

"We typically booked a suite and this time, we want to try a studio stype here in Pasig. Overall we still had a great 1 night stay here in Privato, the check in and check out process is smooth and fast. There some features we did not have since it is a studio type. This is much suitable for Barkadas and who much want to just hangout. You might not gonna need a TV because you are chit chatting and scrolling your FB feeds. There still cable channels but its limited. You need to order on app or eat outside because the room is only suitable for good amount of cold drinks. Your kids gonna love the pool and adults might hate it 😉. But we have a good sleep as their bed soft and big for a queen.The RoofDeck is a good place for us to ease stress and to relax coz they have a couch and ash trays 😉 Thank you Privato 😉"

"The amenities of the place were fantastic. The pool and gym were really amazing. The hotel, being conveniently located at the heart of Ortigas Center, makes everything within walkable distance. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were up to standard: aircon, TV, hairdryer, desk, chair, shower, etc. Unfortunately, there was one tiny cockroach."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Red Planet Manila Ortigas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my stay truly special was the staff from the information desk to the security guards and the cleaners, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. "I paid a deposit using my Mastercard at the front desk, but it still hasn't been refunded. When I checked out, they said it would take one to two weeks to process. It's already been a month! Anyway, I'll be back in Manila, Philippines soon."

"I love staying at Astoria Plaza mainly because of the wonderful customer service experience. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team are so friendly and accommodating. The awesome staff in the restaurant are so attentive. Big thank you goes to Ador and Jinky for their kind attention especially when I had laryngitis, made me some “salabat” (ginger tea) with lemon & honey.   Con: The only reason I’ll consider not staying at Astoria again is the high bathtub/shower in the one bedroom suite. I am a senior citizen with some mobility issues. Going in and out of the high bathtub is quite challenging now. It’s a fall risk area, no hand bars for support so I had to crawl out of it."

"I vouch for this hotel! I made a mistake with our check-in date, but the staff were so kind and let us modify it easily. We stayed to celebrate my mommy’s and cousin’s birthdays and booked two 3-bedroom suites. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for family bonding. "We had a really nice stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas as a couple. The location is excellent — right in Ortigas Center with easy walking access to SM Megamall, shopping, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area super convenient.  The room was comfortable, clean, and just the right size for two of us. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi worked well for planning our days. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.  Breakfast was a nice start to the day, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money — especially if you want a simple but well-located place in the city. There were a few minor things like some older fixtures and occasional small maintenance issues reported by other guests, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience.  Would recommend this for couples looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Ortigas! 💑"
