"The place and the room were lovely! My only minor suggestion would be to add a table inside the room. A big plus is their relaxed policy on visitors; guests are allowed to have visitors, which is a nice change from many other places where this is often prohibited."

"Stay was smooth and fine. Consistently, the AC of the rooms have issues, my previous 2 stays were similar where the AC was weak and leaked. I requested for a room change on Day 2/4 during this stay, and was met with them saying ”leave the room and wait in the lobby for an hour while we fix it.” which I didn't agree to, as I wanted a room change. They eventually gave me a new room with functioning AC, and the rest of my stay went fine. The housekeeping staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is good, but the food runs out fast due to the volume of people eating, but they work on refilling it as best as they can. The yoghurt is always in limited quantities. The milk tastes diluted and odd. Overall, still worth it for the price you pay. I'd come back, but I'll be firm when demanding a room with functioning AC."

"Had an extended stay, transferred to a twin bed this time. Surprisingly, the room was more spacious than that of the superior king. Enjoyed my stay and had a good night’s rest. Would recommend staying here, whether you’re on a budget or not. Suggestion: for a better experience, you might want to choose a room that’s near the elevator just for convenience and easier access to the water dispenser as well. 😉 As for food, choices within the vicinity are unlimited. Whether you opt for mall food, Korean, Filipino, Japanese cuisine or fast food, everything is within easy reach. Plus, Starbucks is conveniently located at the ground floor for your daily coffee fix. 😊"

"Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience during my stay at Holiday Inn. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming, setting the tone for a pleasant visit. The cleanliness of the entire property was truly impressive — from the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring my room was always fresh and comfortable. I also appreciate the top-notch security measures in place, which made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay. Overall, Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, safety, and excellent service."

"I requested our room to be on 32nd and up if possible and a complementary cake for our post anniversary celebration. We arrived as earlier as our standard checkin time but we were told by the front desk that 32nd and up floors are all sold out and they only floor left for 1 bedroom suite was at 15th floor. The front desk explain it very well that for 1 bedroom suite they're soldout. He ask me to wait like 10 minutes at the lobby and I humbly accepted. As earlier as 10 minutes he went straight in front of us held papers and key cards, told that we can now checkin and explain hotel policies. I was surprised and kind a bit confused because they told that all of their 1 bedroom suite are sold out. Then when we open the room, it was a 2 bedroom suite on 31st floor, so I rush back to the front desk and check with them why we had a 2 bedroom suite and I also provided them with my booking ID. Then the front desk explain that since they still have room availble for 2 bedroom suite they upgraded my room for free and without any charges. I was shocked and happy that day. Thank you so much Astoria you are always in my heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Everything was great, especially at Kalesa Cafe. There were plenty of options at the buffet, and the overall dining experience felt classy. It’s a good place for business, family gatherings, or couples like us who love to travel and book stays often. I really appreciated the service, the staff were all smiles, very attentive, and made us feel welcome. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. We were only given one shower gel, one shampoo, and one bar soap even though there were two of us. In other hotels, even if we’re just a couple, we usually get two of each. We didn’t bother to ask for more since we were only staying for one night after my husband’s conference nearby, and honestly, I’m a bit shy when it comes to asking if something’s missing or kulang in the room. The photo is of the hot chocolate I had during breakfast, this one goes on my list as the third best hot chocolate I’ve had at a hotel. The first is from a hotel in Palawan, and the second is also somewhere in Pasig. I loved the presentation 😅 it looked just like a latte 😍"

"This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy."

"Good location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience."
