Wynwood Hotel is conveniently located in the city center of Manila, close to SM shopping mall. There is also a small Starbucks café in the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that a security deposit is required upon check-in. Overall, a convenient choice for both business and leisure travelers.

It was a great stay and very affordable to everyone. My only concern and suggestion is that there should be free bottled water inside the room as there are glasses already, a kettle, a cup for coffee and coffee sachet, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Only shampoo was there as well in shower area, no body wash. Those are just my suggestions and hopefully these will be improve no harm at all. Thank you.

The soundproofing is pretty bad, and for environmental reasons, there's no bottled water in the room, just a water dispenser, which always makes me feel a bit unsafe. It's quite noisy, the environment is just so-so, but the decor is decent.

Before booking I read the previous reviews, the price in bookit.com is very attractive since I need a good price for 2 nights stay. The Inn is very clean , changed my towels and refill toiletries and beverages without asking them. They clean the room so when I came back from work, it was again a very relaxing place. All staff our warm and very accommodating. Fast transactions esp during checkout. Plus it is located in prime location in Ortigas. If u need convenient store, 711 is just few steps away! I'm glad to find a good place to stay away from home in a very good price. Thank you Jinjiang Ortigas, il booked again.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent central location near malls and convenience stores. Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive. Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure. Cons: For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it. The room door is annoyingly hard to open. Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing. Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small. Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities. Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, with malls and restaurants nearby. It was a relaxing and enjoyable staycation for our family, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Ortigas.

We had a pleasant stay at Malayan Plaza. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. Everyone was accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the service in the dining area was good, the buffet itself had limited options and could offer more variety and better quality. Enhancing the breakfast selection would make the overall guest experience even better. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the breakfast buffet will be improved in the future.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The aircon was cold, and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the main room's door's lock was broken and it's quite the challenge to get in the room (easier to get out). Also the flush was not working for the toilet.

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.
