I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

My best friend and I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and had a fantastic experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing view that really enhances the overall atmosphere. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to Joy at the check-in desk. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, helping us make reservations at local restaurants and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. His attentiveness and friendliness made a significant difference in our stay. I truly appreciate all the effort he put into making our experience special. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay. What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub. I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

Our stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. However, we faced an issue during checkout when we approached the concierge (Tiffany) to arrange a car to go to Shenzhen. Without even checking availability, she outright refused to assist, saying it was ”too last minute.” Thankfully, the manager stepped in, was very helpful, and successfully arranged transportation for us. While we appreciated the manager's assistance, the concierge's attitude was disappointing and not professional. With better customer service in all areas, this hotel could truly excel.

We booked for 5 nights stay with Conrad, upon check-in we received conrad Teddy with rose petals on the bed and the bedroom is overseeing Hong Kong Peak view . The view is magnificent . - room size is decent for HK but slightly small comparing to Conrad LA & Conrad Tokyo. - room is a little old fashion and outdated and there's ”MOULDY” smell in the room, we are not very enjoying the smell despite the view -Make up room has separate bath-tub, shower, toilet and 2 basin which are good for couple -they have a lobby bar good for light snack and se live music in the late evening - breakfast spread is TERRIBLE WITH LIMITED OPTIONS & QUALITY IS LOW for CONRAD . We went for 2 days same breakfast menu and we didn't go for the rest I'd the day -location of the hotel is good, you press level 3 and it brings u to Pacific place good for shopping and meals.

MMonica_ChiI recently stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully themed with a lot of attention to detail, offering a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind. One thing to note is that the location is a bit removed from nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to explore the surrounding area. If you're mainly interested in staying on the resort, this won't be an issue, but for those wanting to venture out, the limited options nearby could feel a bit isolating. For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.

DDesmond KI had a fantastic stay at Royal Plaza Hotel! One of the standout features is definitely its prime location — it's conveniently situated near a wide variety of street food stalls and local restaurants, making it a true paradise for food lovers. Whether you're craving a quick snack or a hearty local meal, there are plenty of affordable and delicious options just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local food scene without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be back!

EEdiGThe hotel positions itself as a 4-star establishment, but it falls short of that mark. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Location: The location is excellent, if you don't mind a steep uphill walk. However, the entire island is built on different levels, which isn't a negative but rather a positive – a daily workout! There's a bus stop right by the hotel, making it easy to reach the metro instead of walking up and down, straining your leg muscles. Next door is a botanical and zoological garden where you can take a stroll. By the way, entry is free. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to the cable car ”tram” stop for a trip to Victoria Peak. Check-in: Check-in was fast, but a USD 300 deposit is required, which isn't mentioned on either the trip.com website or the hotel's website. If you need an adapter for your electronic devices, ask for one right away – the receptionist won't offer it. Room: The room is relatively clean, though I did find some hair in the kitchen and on the bedding. For Hong Kong, the room is spacious, but there's nowhere to store a suitcase. You can set the temperature on the air conditioner, but it doesn't work. It only blows cold air, making the room humid. Kitchen: The kitchen is minimally equipped, but it's sufficient. However, upon check-in, they warn you that the stove can only be used for reheating food, not cooking, as the fire alarm system is very sensitive and might activate the siren due to hot steam. You must turn on the exhaust fan to full power and the air conditioner to avoid triggering the alarm. Why bother having a kitchen at all? Bathroom: The same situation as with the kitchen – you need to close the door and turn on the air conditioner at full power while showering to avoid the fire alarm being triggered by steam from the bathroom. The shower hose started leaking on the second day of my stay. It was replaced with a new one, which also leaked. When the technician replaced the hose, did he check if the equipment was working properly? I doubt it. Breakfast: Breakfast is only served from a menu, which is quite limited. It's delicious, but not diverse. Is this the service you'd expect from a 4-star hotel? The breakfast organization is chaotic – staff running around and clanging dishes. Two slow coffee machines and one toaster keep guests waiting in line. By the way, there are plastic mugs for tea and coffee. The only fruit options are two types of apples – red and green. Service: The service is polite, but I'd say it's ”on demand.” You need to ask for shampoo, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid to be refilled. The housekeeping, for some reason, doesn't notice the need to replenish hygiene products in the bathroom and kitchen. Environmentalism: As in all of Hong Kong, they no longer provide water in plastic bottles. That's good, but come up with an alternative so guests don't have to go to the store for water. In my opinion, this environmental concern is simply an opportunity to reduce service costs while maintaining high accommodation prices. Speaking of breakfast again, the jam and butter are provided in small plastic containers, just like on airplanes. Is this really about caring for the environment? Conclusion: Overall, it's a good choice if you're not bothered by the minor service inconsistencies and if you don't have high expectations for a 4-star hotel. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd recommend Two MacDonell Road.

MMorningMochaRoom generally clean and well furnished. The toilet ample space. Though the toilet seat cover took a while to keep it open. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided as dispenser in shower area. Clean bath and face towel. Water heater too. Drinkable water dispenser available at corridor. Swimming pool is sufficient for lap swim, jacuzzi-like or lazy tube. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle bus to Metroplaza available but need to reserve slot. Missing ”do not disturb” or ”do not do up” tag. Told staff not to do up room, yet return from shopping found room cleaned up. Though glad nothing was missing except threw away unused tooth floss. It was peak period so the staff tried to provide friendly service.

On my most recent hotel stay, the overall experience was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions for sightseeing and shopping. When checking in, the staff at the front desk were warm and friendly, completed the procedure quickly and efficiently, and made me feel right at home. The interior of the room is spacious, the decoration is modern and comfortable, and the bed is extremely soft, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep every night. The bathroom is well-equipped, clean and tidy, and the shower has strong water flow, making me feel relaxed every time I take a shower. The hotel's restaurant provides a variety of cuisine, and the breakfast variety is very rich. Whether it is Western breakfast or Asian style, it can meet the needs of different tastes. In addition, the hotel also has a gym and swimming pool, which allows me to stay active during my busy schedule. Overall, the hotel I stayed at this time exceeded my expectations. Both the service and facilities were excellent. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to visiting again next time.
