Ms. Kim01When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

Guest UserI stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.

Anonymous UserWe stayed at Royal Plaza Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with a group of 4. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transport, attractions, and plenty of great food within walking distance.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having a bathtub to relax after a long day of exploring.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Royal Plaza Hotel again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

ChangaryThis was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

My stay at Two MacDonnell Road definitely lived up to its reputation. Located in Mid-Levels, it's an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle; it was incredibly quiet at night, with no city noise from Central at all, allowing for a very comfortable sleep. The room was much more spacious than most Hong Kong hotels, laid out like an apartment with a small living area and a basic kitchenette. There was plenty of space to spread out my luggage, making for a very relaxing stay.
The view was a definite highlight. From a high floor, the expansive city and greenery views were stunning, both day and night. The staff were also polite.
However, there were clear downsides: transportation isn't very convenient. It's a bit of a distance from the MTR station, so getting around mainly relied on taxis or the shuttle bus, which could be a bit troublesome when returning at night. The soundproofing was also quite poor.
Overall, it's a great choice for those seeking peace and quiet, comfortable accommodation, and who aren't planning to rush through tourist sites every day. It's well-suited for business trips or short stays of a few days. If extreme convenience is your top priority, you might want to reconsider.

Guest UserThe transportation is inconvenient. The hotel's earliest shuttle bus is at 7:30 AM, which isn't that early. It leaves promptly, and for mainland tourists who don't understand Cantonese, the service in Hong Kong can be impatient. They just blurt everything out in Cantonese, and you can't understand or react in time. Later, I learned my lesson. Without them even prompting me, I'd just stand by the door and hop on any bus I saw. The first time, the bus left right in front of me, and I had to take a taxi, which made me very angry. Getting an invoice at the end was also a hassle. Initially, they told me I could get one, but when I was leaving, they refused. They told me to contact the Ctrip platform, but I had already paid the full amount in cash upon check-in, so the platform definitely wouldn't issue it. We argued for quite a while before they finally gave it to me, wasting my morning. This hotel's transportation is extremely inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend it for individual travelers unless you're driving yourself or part of a tour group.

Guest User1. The location is excellent. It's just a few minutes to the Science Museum and History Museum, and about 10 minutes to the Avenue of Stars. It's only one subway stop from West Kowloon, making immigration very convenient. There are many eateries near the hotel with reasonable prices, and the surrounding environment is quite pleasant, with a large plaza right downstairs.
2. The staff were polite and had a good service attitude. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and no deposit was required.
3. The room was clean and hygienic; I stayed for several nights and felt comfortable. The housekeeping auntie was very responsible.
4. Regarding online comments about the hotel facilities being a bit old, this is understandable given the hotel was built in the 90s and has a bit of a dated feel. Aside from the toilet flush button being a bit stiff and the water pipe connected to the toilet making some noise after each use, there were no major issues.
In summary, this hotel offers one of the best value-for-money options in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Joper GoldMy partner and I had a great stay at Rambler Oasis Hotel. The hotel is great, and the service was excellent from check-in to housekeeping. Everything was well-maintained, and we appreciated getting fresh sheets, towels, and toiletries every day.
The hotel also feels very private and intimate, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. I now understand why this hotel is so highly recommended.
The internet connection was fast and reliable as well, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Rambler Oasis Hotel to others.

小陸子子This is my first time staying at Rambler Oasis Hotel. I've stayed at neighboring hotels before, and they're quite similar. However, Rambler Oasis Hotel is very convenient as you can take the elevator directly to the L1 floor and access the mall without having to go outside. This is a significant advantage for them.

Guest UserThe front desk staff inexplicably asked me to leave a good review even before I checked in. After I finally checked in, I found out I was assigned to an upper bunk, which was okay, I guess. But I think they could do a better job with safety measures. There's no safety rail on the upper bunk, and it would be really bad if someone rolled off. That's just my safety suggestion. When I checked out in the morning, it was quite an eye-opener. They tried to give me back Hong Kong dollars for the 100 RMB deposit I paid last night, but I pointed it out and they did return the correct amount. And just as the reviews mentioned, they charged a cleaning fee, which was over 20 yuan.
