The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the service is warm and attentive, with excellent cleanliness. The hotel is high-end and boasts a prime location. The Shanghai Penthouse offers the best views of Victoria Harbour, and transportation in the surrounding area is convenient and efficient.

The sea view room was beautiful, but the facilities are quite old. They don't provide bottled water, and the air conditioning is very loud. The hallway design is too dark, which made me a bit scared walking back to the room at night. However, it offers great value for money and is less than a 5-minute walk from Fortress Hill MTR station. There are also many convenient restaurants right outside.

This hotel is located in a local residential area, offering great service and a fantastic location. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, and it's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway station. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The lobby is magnificent, the room is spacious with an unbeatable full sea view, and the service is top-notch. Great value for money. There's a swimming pool and a gym, and all the staff are polite and always smiling. It was an extremely satisfying stay.

The reception hall is absolutely enormous. The hotel has a robot receptionist for pre-check-in, but rooms aren't available until 3 PM regardless, so the lobby was packed with people waiting. We got an upgrade, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a room over 30 square meters in Hong Kong! The pool looked good too, but we were just passing through Hong Kong so I didn't get a chance to swim. It's also quite convenient to the MTR and bus stations. The environment is beautiful, and the room is very spacious, with a fantastic seaview. For this price, it's excellent value for money. There's a seaview bar on the 41st floor, and an observation deck upstairs, offering an amazing panoramic view of Victoria Harbour's night lights.

Absolutely stunning views! It's also super convenient and the hygiene is top-notch. My only complaint is that the pool closes quite early. You'd have to take time off work just to enjoy it.

I was very satisfied with my stay on the 31st floor this time. I also received an upgrade to a deluxe sea view room with a round bathtub. For my two-night stay, check-out was extended to 1 PM, whereas for a one-night stay, it's normally 12:30 PM. If there's any room for improvement, it would be the somewhat outdated wooden chairs and the old-fashioned sofa. I would definitely stay here again.
