The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.

Mira Hotel is situated in a busy area of TST with so much things to do around the area. You do not need to go far when you want to shop, eat or relax. From the Hotel, walk towards the Mongkok area and explore all the side streets and you will be amazed at the old side of HK.
As for the Hotel, service was excellent and the room well maintained. I was just curious as to why the Hotel does not provide a safety deposit box or maybe it was well hidden and I am too lazy to look for it.

Great hotel if you have a layover in Hong Kong. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's okay for just one night. The location is great, as there is no need to leave the airport or take a shuttle. The hotel is withing walking distance. It is a bit pricey though since there is nothing special to it. The bathtub needs to be fixed. The water doesn't drain properly.

if you got a day in HKG and you stay overnight, choose the one accessible by buses or trains downtown. this hotel is only good for shorter transit rest or if you have too many luggages with you. there is nothing else nearby, no shops you can get some food or things. also, not very festive atmosphere, staff are not very friendly generally especially when answering questions.

My family came to spend CNY with me and I reside in HK. Upon check in, reception was rude without any greetings while we waited for a good 5 minutes in front of her. The check in took nearly 30mins and I was told they didn’t book in the room type I paid for when I questioned why it had taken her so long. I was also told the “CNY greetings” only started on 29th, so does that mean we didn’t deserve a quick hello or even eye contact when it was CNY eve day, or any day for that matter??
I then made a complaint and was attended to with a much better response and attitude.
The very beginning of my family’s stay in HK for their short visit was poor and gave them a negative impression. Given this was also a special trip, it was extremely disappointing for me to witness how it went for them the moment they arrived at the hotel (with me). It is not fair to us at all and the service standard was not acceptable.

PPearlynHerbieThe Silveri MGallery is a very new hotel which was opened in 2022.
Location: Though it situates top of the big CityGate shopping centre, it is nicely hidden from the hectic atmosphere by many thoughtful designs. Even local taxi drivers have little idea of its location. The hotel has its car dropout area at the basement instead on the main road.
Services: Lobby is at Level 9, cosy environment with a team of excellent staff. We were warmly welcomed by cookies, extra utensils kits for our kids. The room services were prompt and heart warming.
Environment: Both common areas and corridors were brightly lit. The ceiling is extra high, giving gorgeous space. As for the kids, our request to have a queen size bed instead of two beds was nicely fulfilled. Room design is clean and sleek. An extra sliding door between sleeping area and bathroom made more privacy. The multi-functional wardrobe is very handy and warm. Extra light proof shade besides the window blinds kept us from bright sunbeam in the morning.
Breakfast: the restaurant Enclave on Level 9 provided many international foods with excellent services. I loved the Canton dim sum much. Big cosy couch with spacious table, with nice view of the garden outside, everything is just nicely matched.
Absolutely highly recommended!!!

The check in experience not good, I am queue a while but no one greeting me and staff are available.
I had request to late check out because of the meeting overrun, thanks to let me stay more while till 11:45am.
Overall great and I will come again. Hope there will have some deals for those go again.

TTravelAuditorOverall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It is quiet, with no noisy or malfunctioning air conditioners (as is often the case), no loud neighbors, and no screaming or crying children. The sea view is stunning. A robot promptly delivered an adapter for a European socket directly to the room after it was requested at reception.
However, there are a few downsides: there are no major attractions or quality restaurants nearby (just one or two at most); the breakfast is repetitive and offers a limited selection of dishes; the pool and ground-floor restaurants were closed; and the vending machines on the first floor only accept local payment methods, with no support for international payment systems. Furthermore, when transferring to another hotel, the staff assisting with the taxi provided the wrong address. Make sure to personally confirm the destination with the driver to avoid any misunderstandings.

SShe Roams AloneWe had a great stay! The lady who checked us in was friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and had enough space for three people. They provided an adapter in the room and if you need more the hotel sells them in the vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast was decent with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. There’s a beach behind the hotel which is easy to access.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the train station (didn’t get to use it but it’s good to know that they offer it).
Overall, the hotel was budget friendly and offered good services for the price!

Comfortable bed and strong water pressure. MegaBox 8-minute walk which has many food and shopping options. I would stay at Camlux again.

FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.

The hostel is inside of a typical Hongkong residential building, high and thin, like in the movies.
Well located: next to subway station, bus, Cantoneses restaurants and very close to the bay.
I’d been afraid of about the property and the security. The security camera was everywhere. No problem with luggage.
We shared the shower rooms and WC with others.
All was tiny, but it was an amazing experience.
The itinerary is well documented by short movie.
One more point about the ecology: they don’t have disposable toothbrush.

GGuest Userthe hotel lobby is spacious and well decorated! there’s a coffee bar and a power bank rental station! check-in process was quick and hassle free and the staff was friendly! location is pretty good as it’s only a 3-minute walk from the main street & central mtr station. it’s also a walking distance from the tourist areas like the central escalator and central market! + a lot of stores around the hotel! the room is small but overall clean and reasonable for the price. pretty view as well! only issue is that the towels given are basically disposable paper towels but big in size, would recommend to bring your own towel and toiletries. other than that, highly recommend this place and it’s an excellent choice for solo travellers looking for a decent, convenient and cheap place to stay! :)

This time, the flight became morning due to the sudden schedule change of the airline, so I couldn't stay
I managed to cancel free through trip com, but it was not refundable as prescribed
It can't be helped because it is a non-refundable reservation including such a risk, but ... I'm grateful if you can make it flexible ... I went to the island early because I paid for it. (I was grateful for the convenience of early check-in) to ２３ I stayed for a walk on the island until around ２３.
I'll tell you first, this is not a hotel.
You can't ask for facilities and services at a private night rather than a private lodging called a leisure shop.
I feel a little expensive in terms of cospa, but I think it's a great place to understand it and touch the locals of the island.
It's a １ room in an apartment along Dongwan Beach, just off the island port.
There is no front desk, and there is a stall next to McDonald's in front of the dock (along with other free shops) and there is a bargaining and reception.
Auntie will kindly reception and give you a map to the key and the room.
The room is in the alley of the apartment group in front of the beach, about 5 minutes walk from the receptionist, but it's a bit hard to find
In an apartment that is also an islander's residence, there is a staircase No and an alphabet at the entrance of each staircase, and this combination corresponds to the ”room number”.
By the way, my room was 11 ＤＡ, so I went into the stairs of 11 Ｄ and tried to enter the room of ”11 Ｄ” (other's house?). There was ”11 ＤＡ”
In addition, there seems to be a room in a building that does not face the sea when choosing a room, so please examine it with a photo etc. (this room was ”sea view”)
Room is small, only bed and small wall desk and toilet, but there is a small veranda, just below is the beach with ocean view and wave sound is amazing
There is no air conditioning, but when you open the window and open the door of the room, the sea breeze passes (however, the room was rounded and talked to the residents on the upper floor)
The shower is a type with a shower in the toilet of a Chinese cheap hotel, but you can see consideration (?), such as the toilet paper folder is completely covered or the paper is placed on the refrigerator.
There is no towels and amenities, with an empty refrigerator and a dryer and a folding round table, the bed is king size and spacious
As an aside, the beesan was １ and it was convenient for walking around the island.
There are many shops near the shipyard, even massage, very convenient
I think it's an interesting facility if you understand and use the speciality of the facility.
