The Kowloon Hotel

The room was clean and the bed was big. It's a 4-star hotel but they don't provide drinking water. The reception staff were good. Perhaps because the floor is carpeted, it tends to collect dust, so it might not be suitable for those with severe allergies.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Our corner room on the 17th floor with a view of the strait was a delight – we even got to see the 8 PM light show. The breakfasts were excellent too. Just don't forget that you'll need an adapter for charging your devices.

The location is convenient, with a subway station right outside the entrance. There are plenty of food, drink, and shopping options nearby, including convenience stores for late-night snacks. The Peninsula Hotel is visible from the window, but disposable toiletries are not provided.

Excellent! Close to tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free during check-in, and the room was quite clean. The location is incredibly convenient; it's a quick walk to K11 and Harbour City, and the Peninsula Hotel is right across the street.

This is my first time encountering a hotel that feels like it hasn't been inhabited in centuries. The carpets are thick with dust, absolutely covered in it. The light bulbs are broken, and the hairdryer is like a toy from the 70s, with such a weak airflow it can't dry hair. I've stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review – it's just so awful! I used to think Hong Kong was so retro and charming. I can't believe there are hotels in Hong Kong that haven't been vacuumed or cleaned in hundreds of years and are still in business? Incredible! I stayed for two nights and was sleepless for two nights, too scared to sleep. I had goosebumps all over, and the whole room was full of dust. I was afraid to walk around; stepping on the floor just kicked up clouds of dust. It was terrifying 😱. I've always loved staying in hotels, but this experience has scared me. I just wanted to get on a bullet train and go home immediately.
