The location is quite convenient, close to the Causeway Bay MTR Station (Times Square Exit) and the 'Ding Ding' tram stop. The prices fluctuate quite a bit, and after speaking with Trip.com customer service, I did receive some compensation. However, to be honest, the cleanliness was really not ideal. There was still trash left under the bed from previous guests that hadn't been cleaned up. The hotel might be a bit old, as there was a noticeable odor inside. My room was also right next to an elevated highway, so the noise at night was quite loud.

In terms of level, you don't feel 4 stars, rather 3 or 2. The view from the room on the 32nd floor is very good. I think that if you need to stay for one night and you don't want to pay a lot - it's acceptable. There are no toothbrushes, I didn't notice in the description and didn't take it. Great location and a very reasonable price, plus the room was quite clean. The front desk staff were really nice and even lent me a universal adapter. The room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate for my stay. There are tons of amazing food options nearby, and it's close to the subway too.

This is the smallest safe I've ever seen in my life 😂. The hotel's location is decent, and the service is okay, but they don't provide toiletries. The room is tiny, even smaller than those in Japan, and the bathroom is also incredibly cramped. Cleanliness and air conditioning are Hong Kong's strong suits here. The bed is small but acceptable.
