"Our stay at Only Seeds Resort was relaxing and enjoyable. The highlight of the resort is definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults. We spent a lot of time lounging by the pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The rooms were cozy and neat, with a nice touch of local design. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort's atmosphere is quiet and ideal for unwinding. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay with a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Only Seeds Resort. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway."

"Location, excellent Cleanliness overall excellent Swimming pool excellent Miscellaneous services: laundry service, gym, and other helpful services excellent Restaurant. Overall, very good to excellent menu. Suggestion: fresh drip coffee or a fresh espresso machine rather than capsules. Also, vegan/Vegetarian options would be appreciated. There is definitely a market for it. Small suggestion: “Some” staff find it hard to smile. A smile always makes everyone happy, including customers. Overall, staff and management are friendly and professional. Minor maintenance requested for the bathroom during the 10 days I was here was not taken care of. It doesn’t matter what it is. But I did expect it to be taken care of since I stayed here for a while and I mentioned it a couple of times to them. I am sure (or at least hope) they will take care of it eventually though. One thing, though I highly recommend: the shower floor is very slippery. Even with water and no soap it becomes quite slippery. I have to be very careful. It’s a very minor thing to take care of but extremely important because safety is paramount. I had to wear my swimming shoes in the shower to make sure I don’t slip. I didn’t mention it to them on the second day and asked for some solution like a nonslip mat, etc., but they did not provide it.  I did appreciate it that they let me stay over an hour extra to finish packing on my last day without extra charge. I’ve been coming to the Philippines for over 10 years. I stayed in many provinces and many hotels. This is the best one by far and is highly recommended. Hopefully they will keep their prices reasonable for future. For the money, I think it’s definitely the best you can get as compared to many other places in the Philippines. I would deduct two or three points only for a couple of things I mentioned above. I would give this hotel a 4.7 out of five stars."

"Could have been better, there seems to be breakdown in communication in cleaning rooms where they missed twice. When they came to clean up, the guy commented with sarcasm whilst the other two women apologised.They even left a message to not use the mat in the toilet but there is no floor mat and the street in the hotel entrance is rough road and very muddy due to rain. Not sure how they expect guests to walk around the toilet/room.  The shower is timed which lasts for only few seconds (ok for handwashing only) we ended up pressing every few seconds  i have never been in a hotel with a shower such as theirs.  On positive note, Dave the driver and Vern in the restaurant were both very nice. Kudos to them. Otherwise, good value for money. Birds are also entertaining. Pool are nice features but could be clean."

"The Room was very Small.Not cleaned properly. No free breakfast included. No WiFi or Internet at tge room..They provided Hot and cold water free. No Bar services at the pool...it was a good swimming pool..We had to buy our own foods and snacks. To take back to the hotel. Like most places we stay on business trips there is always a problem with the Rooms....overall it was good for the money we paid. So I will give the Hotel greenfield 5 out of 10. The staff were also nice too. Ian Johnson and Rose Viva Manatad."

"Nice place near commercial restaurant, near Alona beach, the place was sorrounded by a lot of food stalls Mc Donald and Jollibee is just around the corner. A lot of spa, massage parlor and groceries."

"Hotel is 10 mins away from the city but they have free shuttle which has a standard schedule. Beach front is a bit small and beach is not that clean tho. But would still recommend this hotel. We went here during the typhoon season in Manila so our flight was changed. Staffs are kind enough to allow us to do early check in and late check out. They have bfast buffet and what I love is they change the menu daily. We just hope there are more shuttle service time slots going to the main city so that it will lessen the transpo expenses. "Facilities: There are swimming pools, restaurants, billiards, and the equipment is old and acceptable. Clothes can be dried at the door. Environment: Very good. The room and bathroom are big enough. If you have enough budget, you can choose the Bathala Resort next door, which has a better environment. The two hotels are connected, interconnected, and have the same style. It feels like they are owned by the same hotel. Service: I booked a triple room with two beds, a queen bed and a sofa bed, with a fitted sheet, and an extra bed fee of 100 RMB per day was charged. Although it is clearly stated on the confirmation page, I feel that the price/performance ratio has dropped. Every day there is a cat lying at the door asking to be petted."

"Great until the trike driver they called overcharged us. This is not the green mangos fault, this was another local thief. Green mango called and confirmed 150php for me and my wife to go to the airport,I know because I asked her to confirm for 2 people. When we got to the airport he charged us 300php as I had a feeling he would. If green mango knew this to be a problem they should’ve let me know but I’ll take that responsibility this time. Thank you green mango, it was a comfortable stay"

"We had a lovely stay at Modala Beach Resort. The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. The room and the pool was clean. The beach was great, it has fine white sand. I could say the resort is family-friendly. The only down side during our visit was that the beach had very low sea level, we were told that it would have better level during the months of April to June. The beach became a bit swimmable on the afternoon of our second day of stay, so we were able to enjoy the beach. Food served during breakfast was good. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. Will definitely recommend Modala Beach Resort."
