Find Guest house in Panglao

This is potentially a great place but when I was there there was only 1/3rd water in the pool (guess for repairs or something, people were vague about it) Of course this can happen, but both hotel and Trip.com should mention this on the website. So, you can book this hotel, but check about the pool. Also just try to rent a place next to the beach at Dumaluan for example. The staff is friendly. But I have the feeling that the manager is a bit lazy about the place. The toaster broke and next day it still was not replaced. First world problems, I know, but still.. Wifi is good, but not 100% reliable for important online meetings. For that you can go to Loom coworking on the main island.

 First if all, the place is located right on the main street leading to Alona beach, and it's very noisy day and night (for those who might care). Second, no Wi-Fi in the room, and barely working one on the porch, so you have to sit on a hard wooden bench in the pool area if you want to use internet. Third, when we arrived and checked in into our room with ”garden view” we found out that our view is the wall of the room in front, shared ”porch”, which is more like a narrow alley filled with hanging laundry. When we asked the staff politely about the ”garden view” mismatch, the two receptionists instead of offering a solution directly started to blame it on us, saying that we (I quote) ”didn't request a garden view”. In my understanding, if it's written in the room description, it's included, and there was no note about requesting it anywhere. Clearly, they just wanted to get rid of me without fixing anything. All I wanted is to be moved to another room. They didn't propose that, so I asked if they had another room with a proper porch available, they rudely said no, that's all we have and turned away. After I asked again if there is anything available tomorrow or the day after, or even a different type of room, finally with very annoyed attitude admitted that there is one tomorrow that we could move to. Clearly, my trust is already shaken, so I asked them to see the room first. They made a whole scene about this, but finally showed me the room next to ours, which was better. The restaurant has similar service. We ordered 3 dishes, it took 40 minutes for them to bring one of them, and it was wrong. We sent it back, waited another 15 minutes and finally got all our food, which was very mediocre. Really not with the price and the waiting. After all this we really didn't want to stay in this place, so we booked another hotel, and went to tell them that we will be checking out. Got shouted at again saying that our booking is not refundable. Forget it. Even the swimming pool, the only nice thing about this hotel, couldn't be enjoyed because of the construction next door. The workers would stare from the roof and one even got down and was peeping over the fence...

This hotel is similar to the farmhouse, the price is quite high, the nearby 4 or 500 nights should be similar to this level, not necessarily close to the beach, so it is recommended (purely because of the price recommendation). The triple room is still large, with three single beds on the ”stack” and two large suitcases on the tiles. (I should understand the description if I have been to Japan). The facilities are simple to the point of being simple, each item is clean and old, and don't choose it if it is a bit clean. The sheets are clean and white but there is a little stain on the corner. There are no insects gathering but there are still a few ants to pay attention if you put fruit. The shower switch is a wrench-like device, and hot water can not come out at night to cool water. The daily quiet is that the chickens start too early and too often in the morning, suitable for people who get used to going to bed early and rising early. The location is very good, take the children out to the right for 2 minutes is the beach, follow the beach to the Buzz Bee Farm Branch for 7 or 8 minutes, go out to the left for 3 minutes is the banana leaf, jasmine, Luna, and several small supermarkets and fruit shops.

Location is super!!! Near to restaurants, trycicles, restaurants and bars. All staff is frendly, the Room is very clean, with a balcony. They sell water, beer, etc in the reception for a good price. I really reccommend this place. We were a couple and it was a very good experience.

The B&B is 10 minutes walk from Alona Beach, but it will pass a very messy wild road, which is really a bad experience. The B&B is also about a quarter of an hour walk from the town center. But the overall location is actually more chicken ribs, because in the weather of more than 30 degrees of mint per year, this road is not long or short, walking is hot, and playing tutu can not be rowed. The overall environment of the homestay is still good, the room is clean and the small garden is also carefully managed. It is really cost-effective.

I booked a luxury room on the second-hand side of the second floor with a separate bathroom. It looks pretty good. The shower head cannot be fixed and can only be taken by hand. The water sprayed out is too small and too small. I called the hotel after the shower. The massage lady ’s technique is still very good, but I do n’t know why the neck and shoulders are very itchy after doing it. Let's kick off the first honest review. How is this the first one the hotel has got? This hotel is very modern and clean, it also has a shop which doesn't charge any extra like some do and you will pay local prices. 60php for a can of San Miguel whereas even the 7-11 charges 72php. Icy cold air con, a mini fridge and kettle are other features the rooms have. The staff are fantastic, as is the owner. It's about a 3 minute walk to the top of the road and we can highly recommend eating at Spindrift restaurant (yellow sign). There's room to park a scooter and the staff can organise transport (trikes or cars) so you don't get ripped off. You will need some sort of transport for where this hotel is in all honesty. Breakfast is 149php although we didn't take up the offer. Housekeeping is daily (unlike many others) and great pride is put into keeping the hotel clean. You feel very safe walking on a night as it has a small village feel and all the residents are very polite and happy to meet you. We didn't know what to expect as it had no reviews, but our only regret is we didn't find it sooner.

房間乾淨，沒有異味，小院很安靜，洗衣服的水超級爽，洗澡都是隨開熱水。位置真是好，鬧中取靜。去哪裡都方便。院子是居民自己家的。房間不大，如果就是為了睡覺推薦這裏，如果為了高大上就算了，隔壁有個帶泳池的一晚上一千多塊。薄荷島這裏所有的娛樂都是要靠船，車，駛出兩個小時以上去別的島才開始玩耍，回到島裏就是吃飯睡覺，如果喜歡可以預定，網上預訂了兩晚后又和店家續了一晚。住着可以！照片忘了拍照。店主給提供一大桶飲用水！真的好，全程勿打擾，院裏安靜，可以晾衣服！房間裏就是小但是為了睡覺一點問題沒有。無異味！去熱鬧吃飯的地方很近很近，隨處都是水果小型超市
