"The decoration of the house shows some signs of age. The sofa is too soft and sinks when you sit on it. The environment is good, there is a slide for children and good greenery. We live in the house near the inside, which is very quiet."

"It’s a vintage hotel, I’m surprised with the lift which is very old type of lift, the design very pretty and retro. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults. The heater is very powerful and strong. The hotel is located near to the town center and precinct street, just a few minutes of walk can reach."

"A villa building, similar to a homestay, can park, the room is a bit small, the two single beds are relatively narrow, about 1 meter wide, breakfast is a simple breakfast prepared by the landlord, milk juice bread fried eggs, the location is slightly biased, there is no place to eat around."

I felt like I had a small home in New Zealand~ Parking is available at the door, and each parking space is marked with a room number, one parking space for each family. The room facilities are a little bit old, the exhaust fan is a bit loud, the heater in the bedroom seems to be broken, and finally the heater in the living room is turned on. "While the room was on the smaller side, this was anticipated given that it doesn't offer a private bathroom. The listing indicated a 'separate toilet,' but in reality, it was just a washbasin within the room, and the toilet itself was shared. If privacy for facilities is important to you, I'd strongly advise against booking. Parking was also a significant challenge. The hotel lacks its own car park, requiring guests to find street parking. There are only two spots directly outside the hotel, which are rarely vacant and can be used by non-guests too. The whole street is usually packed with parked cars, making it extremely difficult to find a space. Opposite the hotel are private residences. We found the occupants to be quite rude; they aggressively told us not to park in any seemingly empty spots in front of their properties. This was the only instance of rudeness I encountered during my entire trip to New Zealand; every other local I met was incredibly friendly."

"The location of the hotel is very close to the Blue Penguin Center, there is a parking lot, the room is not big, it is estimated that no extra bed can be added, milk was delivered when I checked in, the hot water was very flushing, and the hygiene was good!"
