"The hotel is average, a Best Western standard hotel, very cost-effective. Parking is available and the parking fee is not expensive (7 euros a day), and transportation to the city is convenient. The room is clean, the breakfast is good, and the waiter's attitude is also good. It is worth recommending."
"It was a good stay. The room was quite big and modern. It was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. You can definitely check in early, but it costs 10€ / hour, which is fine with me since I have to attend an event and get some rest. The hotel practices an eco-friendly system, so there is no housekeeping unless requested, which I prefer as I don’t like to be bothered or have someone enter my room during my stay. Definitely will stay again for RIP next year!"
"I stayed during the festival. Excellent hotel with breakfast. I would like to separately mention the receptionist who checks in at night, this is probably the only hotel with a 24-hour reception desk. A very friendly man, it is even interesting to just talk to him. After the festival, there was a small incident (after checkout), but he understood our situation, allowed us to sit in the lobby, poured tea, just chatted 🤗 the only thing was that there were not enough slippers in the hotel, otherwise there are no issues. The room is good, two bottles of water and two beers are free 😁 tea, coffee in the room, there is a balcony"
"Clean, effective, great location, easy access to/from central location. All one meed for 1-2 quick stays. Somehow thought, Perhaps, if they add a complimentary coffee to the guests in the lobby available at all times, it would make it even more effective and welcoming.
Overall, great stay."

"The house is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the kitchen utensils, cups and saucers you need, and even seasonings. The interior design is also very stylish, and the room itself is very nice.
The floor looked clean, but it was actually full of dust. I walked barefoot at first, but I didn't put on my slippers until I found that the soles of my feet were completely dusty. The coffee machine was also filled with dust and I was afraid to use it at all.
The location is good, close to the train station and within walking distance to attractions.
There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. I tried many methods for the first time and pressed it randomly. Finally, I found that there is a rope that needs to be pulled down to open the iron gate. If there is more Clear guidance would be better.
The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns. "

"This is a premium hotel at an affordable price and we had a great stay at the Park Plaza Nuremberg. The rooms are modern, large, comfy and bright. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
We had a quick check in and there is some infused water and fruit near the front desk you can enjoy during your stay. They also helped guide us to the parking across the street at the Hauptbahnhof parkade which has designated parking spaces if you keep to the right once you enter on the first level. All we needed to do was to trade our parking pass for one of hotels and it cost 17 euros a day with unlimited in/out privileges and we could stay as late if needed the next day.
The rooms are nicely appointed with some modern decor, good lighting, a couple of comfy chairs, a desk, large TV, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a bluetooth speaker. The bed was very comfy and we got a very good night's rest here. There was an Albrecht Durer book in our room as well as some Albrecht Durer inspired art in the hotel. They provided a complimentary mineral water in the room which we chilled and enjoyed after a big day of walking throughout Nuremburg.
The bathroom is large with a nice big shower and good jasmine/bergamot bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is plenty of counter space, a towel warming rack and a thick door which made for a nice experience. The bathroom was pretty clean but there were some dust bunnies under the sink and one of the cups did not look clean. The shower offered great pressure with a rain shower head and a handheld. Hot water was very easy to get and plentiful.
The location of this hotel is ideal if you plan on exploring the city by foot. It is within a 15 minute walk to most of Nuremburg's best attractions and is right across the street from the central station and where the Handwerkerhof Nuremberg (crafts market) and Frauentor. In addition to the central station and it's Ubahn offerings there is also a large bus terminal and plenty of trams right in front of the hotel too. There are plenty of good restaurants in the old town area nearby too and some fast service restaurants in the central station. There is an underpass to get into the central station which makes the hotel easy to get to."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserGreat location very close to the Opera House train station. Spacious common area and spacious room. All you need is there. Has coffee and food for sale and also a kitchen for you to cook your own food. Has a garden to chill in also. The bathroom is very clean. The space is quiet. Happy stay.
GGuest UserIt's close to the train station and takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. There are many restaurants around, and it is also close to the commercial street. There are supermarkets, Burger King, and McDonald's inside the train station. It's no problem if you are not used to local food. This location is very convenient. The apartment is quite large and has a terrace. Breakfast is at the ramen restaurant next to the hotel. There is a door directly through the hotel. At first glance, there doesn’t seem to be that much on display, and it’s not as sumptuous as those in some star-rated hotels, but the food here is the most comfortable and sumptuous among all the foreign hotels I’ve stayed in. Most of the restaurant employees are Vietnamese and speak average English, but they are very simple and work quietly. There was a middle-aged German female employee who was good at communication and very enthusiastic and meticulous. She didn't come the next day. In order to avoid others not understanding my needs, she specifically told them that she wanted to heat the meat for me before she left. Sure enough, when I was about to eat, they brought the heated fish and meat before I said anything. At No. 16 Spitalgasse, about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a very good German-style restaurant. Unlike other restaurants that put all the tables on the street, this restaurant is not easy to see from the outside, but the taste is very good and the price is good. Fairly, the portion is relatively large. Girls may need one portion of the main dish for two people. There are two Chinese waiters in the restaurant who speak Cantonese, which makes ordering a lot easier. If I go to Nuremberg again, I will choose this hotel again.
KKamal.zThe hotel is new, centrally located, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserI am here for an international business conference.
Room and hotel is clean. Location is very close to uBahn as well. Just across the street is a supermakret and bakery. Very convient as well.
However, I dont understand the amenities provided for guest. Kettle to boil hot water - pay 20 euro deposit. (Warm tap water is provided, though not hot enough for tea). Requested for a cup to drink water - pay deposit. Toothbrush - available for purchase. Tooth paste - available for purchase. Tea packets - not available. Microwave is provided, however basic utentils such as fork or spoon require you to pay a deposit. Doesnt make sense for business traveller.
There is also no laundry service nor Iron + ironboard available.
If you're travelling for leisure, I'll definitely reconmend you to go for it. 5 out of 5.
For business, probably not.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Good location. Not too far from the city. Trein and bus station are nearby. The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the man at the front desk from the morning shift is less friendly and less helpful. The room is very hot. We visited the hotel during end October and we have to sleep with open window, because of the heat in the room.
GGuest Userthe biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.
IIvyDysthopicGot a double room for 1 night. Room was very tiny but had everything what you might need for a short stay. Inside a room was no wardrobe, but we had a jacket hanger, luggage table and poufs + tv table instead. There are also small tables next to each bed for storing small stuff. Light was enough and with comfy options. WC and shower are clean (though WC not very comfortable positioned if you’re bigger than XS size). Everything was clean, comfy mattress (on harder side). You can get drinks, food and coffee in lobby area (see picture). Overall a very good impression. Would definitely go again!
GGuest UserLocated near (just next to the exit) to Operahaus station which is 1 stop away from the Hbf.
For the price paid esp during exhibition days, it is as their name is, bed and breakfast, very functional stay so don't expect much
AAnonymous UserVery convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
