The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind. The hotel’s location is also great, and it’s good that parking spaces are provided. However, the room was a bit dark, and the shower water wasn’t very hot. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay and the hotel deserves praise for its hospitality.

Excellent location right across the hbf, and trams/S-bahn/U-bahn all outside the hotel, recommended for all travellers visiting Nuremberg! Comfortable, clean, good sized, quiet atrium-facing room. Hotel check in service is one of the friendliest ones we have experienced so far. Only downside is room service - housekeeping did not refill shower gel, room phone not working.

It’s the best hotel with warmest welcome. The room is really clean and there was full-set of amenities. There are sauna and bars which give me a really good experience. Lastly, the officer help me checking in earlier at 11am, so crazy!! I will book this hotel again for the next trip :)

We stayed for 1 night at Park Plaza Nuremburg to have a quick visit of the old town before flying out the next day. The hotel suites our purpose well. It's located just across the road from the train and underground stations and allowed us to explore the old town on foot. Room is clean, modern and well equipped. We had a comfortable stay.

Very convenient location to Nuremberg central station, only 5mins walk. Staffs are extremely friendly and polite. B’fast was full of selections and can order your omelette from the waitress. Really great hotel you will not regret to stay here.

The ac is not cold enough and we need to open windows for fresh air . The room is a bit small than expected .
