It was not clear at all on how to check in. Nobody is there to assist, everything is done digitally. Hotel was fine for one or two nights.

It is very good accommodation but self check in is a new things. Trip .com as platform should educate and give more instruction to the traveler.

這房間是在頂樓，估計夏天會很熱，房間是很長長方形，廚房櫃枱太小了，盤子都沒地方放，衹能放在電磁爐上面.有個大陽台，最不合理的是衞生間，既然沒有下水道，水都流到房間裏去了.床單有點舊，都起毛了.

房屋設備非常齊全，特別是廚房，你需要用到的廚具、杯碟什至調味料也有。室內設計亦很有格調，房間本身是非常不錯的。
地板看上去很乾淨，但實質充滿塵埃，一開始直接光腳走，直至發現腳底全是塵埃才穿回拖鞋。咖啡機亦已經充滿了塵埃，完全不敢使用。
位置方面還好，近火車站也能走到景點。
大門有個鐵閘需要按密碼開門，但並沒有任何教學如何從裡面打開，我第一次嘗試找了很多方法亂按一通，最後才發現有一條繩需要拉下來才能打開鐵閘，如果有更清晰的指引會更好。
服務方面真的很一般，因為他們是需要自助入住的，我已經在預訂時看過留言，所以特地於預訂後主動聯繫希望可以提早了解如何自助入住。但經過多次通過平台聯絡依然不肯告知，只說24小時前會通知。即使到了24小時前我仍沒有收到，只好再主動聯繫預訂平台，我把電郵中搜尋結果的圖都截下來證明我並沒有收到任何郵件，最後我通過平台獲得了對方的電郵地址，主動發電郵過去。最後其實也沒有收到自助入住的方法，我是通過他們的網址找到的才自行辦理入住手續。我認為他們是可以提早告知入住流程，減低住客的疑慮。

trip.comの予約表をフロントに提示してと買いてありましたが実際にはフロントは無人で事前にホテルと連絡をとり、門と入口と部屋の共通4桁番号を発行してもらい各所でロック解除をしないと入れません。ホテルの電話もAIで選んだ後に繋がるので英語が喋れ無いと苦戦します。その他はとても便利で駅から50mしか離れてません。部屋も綺麗です。

호텔의 문제인지, 트립닷컴의 문제인지는 정확히 모르겠지만(내가 트립닷컴에서 예약했으니, 트립닷컴의 책임이 그래도 더 크다고 생각임),
해당 호텔은 리셉션이 없습니다. 해당 내용에 대해 공지가 없어서 무작정 짐들고 갔다가 고생했습니다.
다른호텔에서 체크아웃하고 이쪽에 짐만 좀 맡기고 업무를 보고자 했으나 짐을 맡길 수 없어서 기차역 보관함에 맡겼어요.
이메일로 체크인 관련 메일을 미리 보내 줬어야 하는데, 당일날 가서 온라인 체크인 하는데 좀 짜증이 나더리구요. 비도 오고 비 피할곳도 없고...
그리고 출입구가 주차장 출입구 밖에 없어요. 아침,저녁에 문이 막혀있습니다.
처음엔 많이 당황했는데, 바같쪽에 있는 문쪽에 비밀번호를 입력하고 충입할 수 있어요.
안에서는...옆에 끈갔은게 달려 있어서 혹시나 하고 당겨 보니 열리더리구요. ㅎㅎ
내부는 새로 지은 건물이라 넓고 깨끗했습니다.
이부분은 완전 만족합니다.
숙소에대한 정보와 셀프 체크인 정보만 미리 받았어도 이런 불편함은 없었을 거예요.
트립닷컴에서는 꼭 신경 써 주면 좋겠어요.
