New Hotels in Hanoi

"I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but it was surprisingly easy to find, and I didn't get lost. The surrounding area offered many dining and cafe options. It was an attractive location with a calm atmosphere, yet you could still catch glimpses of local life. What was particularly helpful during my stay was being able to communicate with the host via LINE. For a Japanese person, this was incredibly smooth and reassuring. They readily accommodated requests for toilet paper refills and towel changes. Furthermore, there were many instances where I felt their hospitality, such as free snacks and water service, and free-to-use washing machines and dryers (one of each). The closet was also large, so I had no trouble organizing my luggage. Above all, I felt that the quietness at this location and the price made it extremely good value for money. However, there were a few concerns regarding hygiene and security. First, the inside of the refrigerator was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, so I ended up not using it at all. Also, there was water left in the electric kettle, presumably from the previous guest, which gave me the impression that the cleaning of the wet areas was not thorough, and that was disappointing. Regarding security, the master card was left next to the door without a lock, which made me uneasy. For safety, I kept the master card inside my room during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent cost performance. I feel that if the cleaning and other issues were improved, I would be able to recommend it to others with more confidence."

"Here's why I highly recommend this hotel: 1. As soon as my taxi pulled up, a staff member, with a smile, came out to greet me and helped with my luggage! 2. For check-in, you simply hand your passport to the staff, then you can relax on a sofa and enjoy a welcome drink while they assist you. 3. The Deluxe room was spacious and excellent. The bathroom and shower room were also large. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a good-sized table, a TV with OTT services, and plenty of closet space. 4. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. 5. Breakfast was served in a quiet atmosphere with a wide variety of options. 6. On the 10th floor, there's a terrace with a pool, a bar, and a restaurant – the food there is truly delicious. 7. The lobby is quite spacious, cool, and has plenty of sofas, making it a great place to relax briefly while waiting for a taxi. 8. Being in the French Quarter, taxis were readily available when going to and from tourist attractions. I was initially a bit worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but the service truly lives up to a 5-star hotel standard."

"Amazing stay! The price is affordable, the room and bathroom is clean, the shower and sink heaters work perfectly, and the balcony’s space is enough. The location is also good, it’s very near Old Quarter and a lot of establishments."

"Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a very strong sewage smell in the room. The odor was particularly noticeable late in the evening and early in the morning, making the room quite unpleasant, they offered to change the room but it didn’t help the problem. I hope the hotel investigates and resolves the issue, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The housekeeping is alright. The location is good, it’s close to the Lotte mall (photos attached) and it’s a 35min bus ride/20min taxi ride from Hanoi’s Old Quarter."

"No windows , Odorless The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast is served on the top floor of another hotel across the street; the view is great. I checked in at 10 PM on the first night, but the front desk informed me that the air conditioning was broken, so they took me to another hotel across the street for my stay. When I returned to the hotel to check in, the staff member at the front desk helped me take my luggage upstairs. As shown in the photo, there were uneven floor levels; unfortunately, I tripped and fell, sustaining an injury. To my surprise, there was even a doorsill inside the room. The bathroom light cannot be turned off。 Overall, the hotel is quite good. It would be even better if the safety signage could be improved. It is still worth recommending."

"Nice apartment, quite spacious with a fridge, washing machine, and plenty of storage. There's an elevator and the door locks are code-operated. Very suitable for a longer stay in Hanoi. Most things are within walking distance or easily accessible by Grab taxi or public transport. If you're a light sleeper, you might be bothered by street noise."

"I had an amazing stay here! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and always responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city."

"The hotel is new and the rooms are beautiful, but for some reason, they aren't cleaned. A piece of paper was lying behind the door when I checked in, and it was never removed during any of the cleanings. The pool is incredibly dirty; I've never seen anything like it. I don't understand how a hotel claiming 5 stars can have such a filthy pool. There are no windows in the room – be careful when booking. Another thing to note: the street the hotel is on is closed to cars at night. If you're arriving or leaving late, you'll have to walk a bit with your luggage. The staff helped me with my bags when I checked out, which I really appreciated. Overall, the employees are very pleasant and responsive. However, something needs to be done about the cleanliness, or rather, the lack thereof. Otherwise, it's definitely not a 5-star experience. All in all, the hotel isn't bad, but..."

"We booked 1 night just to sleep, it was clean and quiet and overall good enough, despite the room being on the ground floor right after the ”reception” (there is no a receptionist all the time). We booked 2 more nights in 1 day (after the planned tour) and they allowed us to keep some stuff (not valuable) with them, it was convenient. It's close to Hanoi Old Quarter, but not exactly within it, so we had to walk around 8 minutes or take 5-minute taxi to be picked up for our tours (was not a big problem). There are no amenities, but we didn't need them this time."
