"Since I arrived early for my flight, my room wasn't ready for check-in, so I stored my luggage at the hotel. First, the staff offered a welcome drink and explained the check-in procedures. Then, I went up to explore the rooftop pool and bar. The high-level location offers great night views. The room was comfortable and included complimentary fruit and coffee/tea sachets. One evening, it rained, so I went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner, enjoying the night view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Hanoi."

"I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, but it was surprisingly easy to find, and I didn't get lost. The surrounding area offered many dining and cafe options. It was an attractive location with a calm atmosphere, yet you could still catch glimpses of local life. What was particularly helpful during my stay was being able to communicate with the host via LINE. For a Japanese person, this was incredibly smooth and reassuring. They readily accommodated requests for toilet paper refills and towel changes. Furthermore, there were many instances where I felt their hospitality, such as free snacks and water service, and free-to-use washing machines and dryers (one of each). The closet was also large, so I had no trouble organizing my luggage. Above all, I felt that the quietness at this location and the price made it extremely good value for money. However, there were a few concerns regarding hygiene and security. First, the inside of the refrigerator was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor, so I ended up not using it at all. Also, there was water left in the electric kettle, presumably from the previous guest, which gave me the impression that the cleaning of the wet areas was not thorough, and that was disappointing. Regarding security, the master card was left next to the door without a lock, which made me uneasy. For safety, I kept the master card inside my room during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent cost performance. I feel that if the cleaning and other issues were improved, I would be able to recommend it to others with more confidence."

"A little hard to find, the taxi driver dropped me 50 meters away but a local helped me find the location. There is no reception and the digital entrance didn’t work but the owner was watching by camera and opened the door. It’s quiet and clean with nice view to nature behind. I was a little shocked that they don’t supply drinking water so had to go out to find a shop to buy. My main dislike was the very bright white lights in the room there is no option for mood lighting or softer lighting which makes relaxing in the room at night a challenge. It’s a decent place to stay for the price but it doesn’t win any awards and no personal contact with owner or staff."

"This hotel is excellent in all aspects! - Location: It's about a 15-minute walk to various attractions, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and spas nearby. - Facilities: Exactly as described and pictured. The only minor drawback is the lack of a gym. - Dining: The room includes daily breakfast with a wide variety of choices. - Service: You can feel the warmth and enthusiasm from both the front desk and the bell staff."

"Super convenient location. Very new, room is not big but layout is decent. Room cleaning services are available every day (we only knew when we asked, was not informed during check in), though we requested not to since we’re only staying for very few days and sometimes we go back to our room to rest during the daytime. The thing I dislike the most is that there’s no door for the shower, all water just spilled out to the whole toilet despite trying to be very careful. Recommendations: - To inform guests about the daily room cleaning services upon check in - To create a ‘pls make up room’ and ‘do not disturb’ tag for guests to put outside the room so its easy for both guests and cleaners (we requested not to have our room cleaned to the receptionist face to face or by call daily)."

"Overall, a good experience and excellent value for money. Pros: convenient location, warm service, and comprehensive facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart toilet was easy to use. The staff were friendly and proactively helped us call a taxi, offering helpful tips. The breakfast had a good variety, and the selection was decent."

"My husband and I chose this accommodation not for a trip to Korea, but for our trip to Vietnam, and it was truly the best decision. The host could communicate in English, which was incredibly convenient, and the place itself was just as spacious and comfortable as depicted in the photos. There are also a few Korean restaurants located downstairs, making it very convenient for Korean travelers. But what impressed us most was the host's thoughtful consideration. They personally recommended and even helped us order delicious local food, which made our time in Vietnam even more special and enjoyable. Thanks to the kind and attentive host, we had a truly wonderful trip. If we come back to Vietnam, this is definitely where we'd want to stay again. I wholeheartedly recommend it! 🤗"

"The location can be either good or bad depending on how you approach it. If you come from the main road, as intended, you'll pass what looks like an abandoned construction site and a recycling warehouse. There's no convenience store right downstairs; you have to walk a bit. However, if you use the narrow alley next to the hotel, which is surrounded by local homes, you can quickly get to the main road. It looks dim and potentially dangerous, but it's not. Breakfast offers items like pho and egg rolls that you can order, and it's generally simple. The pho and egg station are decent, but the quality of the bread could be better, even though there are various types available. Surprisingly, the swimming pool is well-maintained, with sunbeds and showers, and it's not too small. The water quality can be hit or miss. However, considering the price, with free breakfast and a swimming pool, and its relatively close proximity to the Old Town, it's a good value. You can also quickly reach the newly built Hanoi Century (or similar) shopping mall via the alley shortcut, and the Imperial Citadel is within walking distance. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money."

"Second time returning, but staying in a different room. Amazing, modern & clean in a convenient location. Netflix an added bonus. Close to local cuisine & attractions, train street is literally down the street, but without the noise & tourists. Great communication from owners & allowed an early check in. Would highly recommend."
