Hotel near Ba Dinh Square,Hanoi
Located in Hanoi (Ba Dinh), Luxe Paradise Premium Hotel Nguyen Khac Hieu is steps from West Lake and a 4-minute drive from Hoan Kiem Lake. This hotel is 2 mi (3.2 km) from Hanoi Old Town Night Market and 1 mi (1.6 km) from Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Motorcycle parking is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 40 air-conditioned rooms featuring minibars and flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include desks and separate sitting areas.

"【Conclusion】Go for it, everyone! 【Journey】Initially, I was hesitant because of the low rating, but then I saw some highly-praised recommendations from my 'Xiaohongshu' sisters. Finally, on the way from the airport to the city, looking at my suitcase and hiking backpack, I was stressed. I just wanted to drop off my luggage before I could really enjoy myself. It's a 7-minute walk from the 86 bus stop, and by the little bridge, I had my first two nights of Pho. 【Room】The overall space is quite large, like a well-renovated apartment, with a separate bedroom, living room, dining table, and bathroom. The most touching thing is the large refrigerator, which is perfect for breastfeeding mothers to store milk. 【Breakfast】The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing! I can imagine how beautiful it would be during lotus season. You could easily spend a whole morning here just gazing at the lake. The noodle soup for breakfast was delicious, I wanted another bowl. The brewed coffee and black tea were both good, quite suiting Chinese tastes. The rice noodles and eggs are ordered à la carte from the kitchen. 【Location】It's on an artificial island in West Lake, and the surrounding restaurants are lively all year round. It's a 30-minute walk to the Old Quarter, which I did after watching the last water puppet show of Thang Long on the first night."

Classyc Hotel

Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else in Hanoi—just book Classyc! My husband and I travel quite frequently, and we can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, every detail felt thoughtful, warm, and genuinely exceptional. We initially booked the Grand Suite for 3 days and 2 nights before heading off on a Ha Long Bay cruise, then returned to Classyc for the remainder of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with cold towels, welcome drinks, and snacks—such a refreshing and thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond. Arthur personally escorted us to our room and even checked in with us later that evening via message to ensure everything was perfect. We were also welcomed with chocolates in the room, which made the experience feel even more personal. It’s the little touches that truly set this hotel apart. We received complimentary wine vouchers, spa discounts, and consistently warm, attentive service at every interaction. When we returned from Ha Long Bay, it genuinely felt like we were coming home. Walking into our new room to find a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake and a handwritten welcome-back note from the team was such a thoughtful and memorable surprise There was also a moment that really reflected the hotel’s integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. We had booked a signature spa package, not realizing it wasn’t included in the 20% discount promotion. While we didn’t raise any concerns, the staff proactively followed up the next day at breakfast, apologized for the confusion, and extended the discount to us anyway. We were genuinely touched by this gesture—it spoke volumes about how much they care about their guests’ experience. On our final day, we had some time to spare before our flight. After exploring the city, we returned to the hotel and the staff kindly offered us access to the spa facilities so we could freshen up before heading to the airport—an incredibly thoughtful and appreciated gesture. They also arranged a luxury transfer for us, complete with comfortable seats and even a massage function, which made the journey that much more enjoyable! As we were leaving, one of the staff members surprised us with a beautiful ceramic wind chime symbolizing positive energy and good luck. It was such a meaningful and heartfelt farewell, and a perfect end to an already unforgettable stay. A few additional highlights worth mentioning: - A great breakfast spread with plenty of variety - A lovely rooftop pool area to unwind - Reno Bar downstairs, which became one of our favorite spots in Hanoi—fantastic cocktails, delicious bar snacks, a cool retro vibe, and great music. During our visit with some friends they even surprised us with a complimentary tray of shots! Classyc is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience defined by genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and heartfelt service. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hanoi, just so we can stay here again!

The hotel is in the city center. We had an excellent check-in experience. The room was small and without a window. It's a bit worn out, of course. When we checked in, we mentioned we'd be leaving early in the morning and asked for breakfast. We came down, and some people were sleeping on benches, others elsewhere. This is the first time I've seen something like this! What can I say? Of course, we didn't get breakfast to go.

We stayed at hotel chateau de hanoi for 2 nights and overall, it was an under-average experience. For its price (pre-discount and considering we were in Vietnam) it might not be that worth it. We booked the hotel because of its high-rated reviews and its branding as a 5 star boutique hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff was friendly. We arrived hanoi quite early, so we asked if we could do an early check-in. We were informed by the staff that an early check-in was not impossible, but there was an extra charge. It was however totally understandable that the hotel has their arrangements so we went along with the regular check-in time, but the staff quite passive aggressively told us that they informed us on WhatsApp— we were on a flight and later on a Grab to the hotel so we were unable to read the message entirely. I would expect a 5-star service to be more understanding. To be very honest, I would doubt if the hotel qualifies to be categorized into a 5-star hotel. Of course, the hotel provides customers with all the necessary amenities like toothbrush and shaving kits, but the hotel room didn’t have a window and lighting was insufficient. There was a bathtub, but there was no proper standing shower and it was just a shower head next to the toilet without curtains or doors. The twin bed was extremely small and too easy to be moved around (in a sense that if I wanted to sit at the edge of bed, the mattress would slide to that side). Hygiene was fine but some areas such as the wall and the bathing area could be improved. We ran out of tissue paper in the room as well but after housekeeping the box was still empty and not replaced with a new box of tissue. Soundproofing at the hotel was not solid since we could constantly hear noises from next door during midnight. In our booking package free breakfast was included, so we checked it out in the morning. A small buffet was provided, but the plates and utensils had oil on them. There was a set menu, but the scrambled eggs were not up to par and the pho was okay. Considering the hotel brands itself as a 5-star hotel, I would expect better hygiene and quality check. Location-wise, the hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarter. It is convenient but this also means traffic can get very hectic nearby. Moreover we realized the staff was getting less and less friendly as we reached the end of our stay. It would be nice if their attitude and service could be more consistent, again, given it is a 5-star hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the middle of spas and near the famous church. Pizza 4P is just right behind the hotel and the night market is within walkable distance. The staff were extremely polite to me and a shout out to the manager Ms Mia and the bellboy (Sorry I forgot your name!). Did not try their sky bar as this time of the year is incredibly hot (Summer in Hanoi is no joke) but do see some upsides to it if you come in the right weather.

The hotel location is very perfect, and easy to go to anywhere in old quarter. I like stay in here cause easy to go to pub, eating place, spa, and so many shop and eateries in here. But the very important thing is cindy because she is friendly and care to us and to the people stay in here and every morning she come to breakfast area and coming to our table too in the breakfast time and asking what we need for breakfast and anything we need for breakfast and in the hotel and chit chat with us. Before we going to airport and she give us 2 gift of this coffee. All the staff in this hotel very help and friendly and room boy helps us to bring our luggage to lobby hotel. Only 1 things this hotel need to improve is the gym, cause the gym don't have many equipment for doing the gym. Everything is perfect, keep going with your service. We will come back again to this hotel when we come to hanoi again. Thanks you all staff and cindy and this hotel splendid premium hotel. 👍👍👍

This was a last-minute decision, staying one night in the city center. I chose a slightly better option near Hoan Kiem Lake, as it was my first time visiting Vietnam. What a pleasant surprise to check in without having to stand awkwardly at the front desk! Instead, I could comfortably sit, enjoy complimentary watermelon and drinks, while the staff processed everything. A very friendly and beautiful staff member even gave us a detailed English explanation of nearby attractions like the night market and Train Street – it was truly impressive, something even five-star hotels often don't offer! The room itself was a bit standard and the facilities were a little dated, but overall it was perfectly fine. It was also very convenient for going out to eat. The hotel breakfast was quite satisfying, with both Chinese and Western options. They’d even bring pho directly to your table after you ordered, and someone would come around to pour juice. Plus, they had my favorite passion fruit! There are a few steps at the entrance, and the staff were quick to help with our luggage. No wonder so many people love coming to Vietnam for vacation!

The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which is a big plus. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the facilities here are quite comprehensive and well-maintained. I also appreciate that rooms with balconies allow smoking. Overall, it's great value for money. I spent about a week in Hanoi, staying at various places, and this is by far the best value hotel I found. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was really comfortable here and wanted to recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake and it was truly one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service felt luxurious and welcoming. The complimentary macarons on arrival were a lovely touch and immediately set the tone for the stay. The hotel’s attention to detail and presentation really stood out throughout the entire experience. The room itself was incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable, with stunning views across Hanoi. Large windows filled the room with natural light, and the overall atmosphere felt elegant and relaxing. Of course, the biggest highlight was the hotel’s signature gold-themed interior. The golden bath and even the gold toilet made the stay feel both extravagant and memorable , definitely something you don’t experience every day. Everything was beautifully designed and added to the hotel’s unique character. Another standout feature was the famous gold infinity pool. Swimming there while overlooking the city skyline was unforgettable. The rooftop atmosphere was calm and luxurious, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the views. Overall, Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake offers a truly distinctive luxury experience with spacious rooms, exceptional views, unique golden décor, and excellent hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and looking for something memorable and different.

The room decor is a bit dated, but it's well-maintained. The twin room felt a bit small because of the beds, and I was slightly disappointed there was no bathtub, as previous stays at this hotel always had one. This is a standard large hotel, featuring a swimming pool, gym, and spa. The buffet restaurant also meets typical large hotel standards, offering a rich variety of Western, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine. I've always been very satisfied.
