Mountain view Hotels in Hanoi

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

We recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share our impressions. First, the hotel's location is excellent, as it's only a five-minute drive from the airport. If you need a place to stay between flights, this is definitely the spot for you. Second, we were warmly greeted at the front desk by a very kind and pleasant young lady named Mia, who checked us in and provided all the necessary information for our stay. Third, our room left us with only positive feelings. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To summarize, I can confidently say that I will return to this hotel again. Thank you very much for the warm and attentive service; it was evident in every small detail and truly made an impression on us. Our vacation started wonderfully thanks to you. See you!

Arriving at the hotel at midnight, the walk was truly breathtaking, with its winding paths leading to secluded retreats. But waking up in the morning, I was stunned by the mountain mist, the chirping birds, and the fragrance of flowers. All the hotel amenities are meticulously crafted, with faucets and trash cans crafted from pure copper, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a quiet retreat.

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation Otherwise a real wow experience

I had a great vacation at this apartment! The living space is breathtakingly beautiful, clean and decent, making me feel relaxed from the moment I set foot in. The location is so ideal, making it easy for me to explore the city. The host is extremely cute and friendly, responding to all my questions quickly. I really don't want to leave and promise to come back here as soon as possible!

Close to the airport so makes life easy when arriving and departing Hanoi. Hotel sent their driver and a luxury car to collect me after I’d arrived at Hanoi airport late night after a delayed flight from Da Nang - free of charge! Lovely gesture from the hotel and really appreciated the quick and efficient service! Room was nice and had bottles of water, tea and coffee sachets provided, with a mini bar at your own cost. Shower room was very funky, and toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, ear buds etc), and I was able to enjoy a shower after my long day. Breakfast was tasty and tea/coffee is also provided. Breakfast consisted of fried eggs, baked sweet potatoes, fried noodles, local porridge, watermelon slices, etc. The dining room itself is really fancy, with a waterfall feature that gives a calming effect. Staff are friendly and helpful, I left my bags with them when I went out sightseeing. Thank you again, was able to see the city and have a rest before and after! Advice for people - don’t forget to download the Grab app for your car and motorcycle taxis, you get better prices!

Conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Although the front desk staff didn't speak English, they tried their best to communicate with me using translation software and were very friendly. The room was spacious, but it faced the street and was a bit noisy. A simple breakfast was provided.

The room was as expected, even bigger. Close to the airport with all the necessary facilities. The staff is very welcoming. The place is surrounded by little convenience stores if needed and there’s a possibility to order something to the hotel.
