"#1 Price: I have stayed in many locations in old town because I like to move around and experience different settings. At this price point; this hotel by far (after 3 different hotels) is the best choice for your hard earned money. Location: Excellent; 25 seconds walk from lake and close to all the attractions of old town. Really doesn’t get any better than this. Room: Everything works. -Large New smart TV with Netflix and YouTube -Fast WiFi/internet (can remote work) -(High ceiling and spacious) (I’m 5’8 ;see photos for reference) Many hotels around the area cut corners and make their rooms small and ceilings low to save space which can make you feel claustrophobic after a day or two. “Very important after a day out in old town with all the tight spaces / crowds and chaos.” -(Barely any street noise inside room; I’m sensitive to noise and slept like a baby) -Room cleaned everyday by staff. +Bonus points for the versatile lighting inside room; 8 different switches for different lighting options. ((Hotel Staff)) Available 24 hours Young and eager to help; very knowledgeable speaking many different languages and knows the town very well. (Don’t underestimate these young men and women.) I have never seen such hard working young individuals who have no other intention but to help you have the best stay at this establishment. (Special shout out) to “Denny” who ran out in the pouring rain to help me find my car ride to the airport because we were running late. Conclusion; Stop wasting time reading this review and book this hotel before the rooms are all taken; I was lucky to find a room since they’re mostly always booked."

"Excellent apartments/hotel rooms with everything you need. Our room was one with a fitted kitchen which we didn’t use but definitely useful for people staying a little longer. Bathroom was good quality with good water pressure and very hot water when needed. The washing machine in every room thing is super useful if you need to catch up with a few bits, or like us have a flight to Australia and need to ensure everything is clean for bio-security checks. The outside area with the washing machine and clothes hanger for drying also has the invertor fan for the AC meaning it gets super hot out there and clothes dry in just an hour or two. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were very professional and helpful, even gave us an extended check out to help us get stuff packed. The area is a very cool area of old Hanoi with plenty of shops and restaurants filling the streets surrounding, providing an authentic feel for what I would say is still a quiet area of Hanoi to retreat to."

"I was really pleased with this accommodation – everything was thought out to the smallest detail. From the cozy room to the cleanliness and beautiful atmosphere, everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, so I could easily get to all the interesting places. But what I appreciate the most is the attitude of the staff – a sincere smile and willingness to help whenever I needed it. It is a place I would happily return to on my next visit to Vietnam."
