"The facilities are quite new, and the room was very clean with no strange odors. It was quiet at night, and the pillows were so comfortable I fell asleep in three minutes. Room service delivery by robot was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. I originally booked this hotel just for the convenience of getting to the airport the next day, but it turned out to be excellent value for money. They even offer free shuttle service. The front desk lady was super nice. All in all, I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I need to."

What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. I genuinely appreciate the front desk team's attentiveness and responsibility; they demonstrated excellent service through these details. "One of the best hotel in my month travel of China. Will highly recommend this hotel to all travelers. Fuzhou has basically has 3 main historical places to visit and all sites are 20 mins walking distance left and right directions from hotel. I’m sure it’s located in the major area of Fuzhou with plenty of delicious restaurants and street vendors at hotel doorsteps. A clean gym and laundry room is located at 2nd floor. There is a coffee machine for guests to enjoy. I didn’t had chance to try breakfast but seems you’re provided to a local eatery just beside. There’s no elevator but staff will always help with your carrying and it’s just a 3 story building. The metro station is just around the corner."

"Choosing this hotel for a layover was a lifesaver! The free airport shuttle service was perfectly arranged, saving me the hassle of finding a taxi. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, especially the sparkling clean bathroom. Breakfast started early, so I could enjoy a full meal even with an early flight. There are self-service drinks available in the lobby all the time, and the front desk staff were super helpful, answering all my questions. Plus, there's an adorable delivery robot, and it's convenient to park and charge electric cars. It's truly a one-stop shop for a comfortable stay!"

"The room was more spacious than typical all-season hotel rooms of the same type. The hotel is quite new and well-equipped. The hygiene was also good. The service attitude was excellent and attentive. It's not far from the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport by appointment."

"The hotel is incredibly close to Fuzhou Station. It's right outside Metro Exit D1, you don't even have to cross the road! I had a large suitcase, and I just went straight from the metro exit into the hotel. Since it's newly opened, it's genuinely super new and clean! As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a subtle, pleasant scent, and the decor is very comfortable, not that old-fashioned hotel style. Everything in the room was brand new, the bedding was soft and fluffy, making for a great night's sleep. The hygiene was impeccable, and there was absolutely no new renovation smell. The young lady at the front desk was also incredibly nice, with a kind and friendly attitude. Check-in was super fast, which made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise; they even had local Fuzhou specialties! I thought the taro paste was particularly delicious, and they had Laohua too. Anyway, I didn't need to go out looking for food spots. 😂 Since I was traveling for an extended period, I needed to do laundry. The hotel has a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and detergent, all free to use, which was very convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"Booked this last minute for a visa application trip to Fuzhou with my child. Just picked a new hotel randomly. **Facilities:** The room is very new and even has a smart toilet. **Hygiene:** Average. The floor didn't feel very clean. My child's socks were dirty after walking around the room. **Environment:** As a new hotel, the environment is definitely good. However, the room still had a strong renovation smell, so we slept with the window open all night. Unfortunately, there was a construction site nearby that was incredibly noisy, and we were woken up by it at around 6 am. Plus, there were mosquitoes even on the 16th floor, so none of us slept well all night. **Service:** Since I was with my 10-year-old child, the front desk attendant kindly gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast, which was nice. They also provided tea sets when requested. **Overall:** The hotel is indeed new, but it does have an odor. Still, for the price, I can't complain too much."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center with convenient transportation nearby. It's also within walking distance of Sanfang Qixiang. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was smiling, proactive, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep. The front desk lady mentioned it's a brand new version of the Ji Hotel, and overall, the experience was fantastic! The breakfast selection was also quite rich with many options. The tea and refreshments in the lobby were especially delicious!"
