I chose this hotel for a trip with my parents and child, and the whole family was very satisfied! The hotel has accessible ramps and elevators, making it convenient for the elderly to move around. The room was spacious, and even with an extra small bed, it didn't feel cramped. They also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing great attention to detail. For breakfast, there was soft, easy-to-digest congee and light side dishes suitable for the elderly, as well as sandwiches and juice that the kids loved. A park is right next to the hotel, which was perfect for morning strolls with my parents. In the evenings, it was safe to take the kids to play in the square. The front desk staff also recommended attractions suitable for both the elderly and children, making our itinerary relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The location was much more convenient than I expected. I thought I'd have to climb a lot of steps to get to the mid-mountain area, but it only took a few minutes to slowly stroll up from the foot of the hill, passing a few interesting small shops along the way. The hotel is located inside the scenic area, and I almost walked past it. The room wasn't big, but the layout was well-designed, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with strong water pressure for a comfortable shower. The biggest surprise was the design of the common lounge area – a bit retro yet very stylish, and the greenery was lovely. Sitting in the hotel's outdoor courtyard at night, sipping tea, and listening to the rustling of leaves in the wind, I completely forgot I was in the city. The service was also very thoughtful; not overly enthusiastic, but they were always there when you needed them. Overall, it's perfect for a solo escape or a romantic getaway for couples.

前段時間被城市裡沒完沒了的工作和嘈雜的環境搞得心煩意亂，我和家人朋友們一拍即合，決定去松季自然生態度假村躲個清凈。這一趟去下來，就一個字，值！ 剛到那兒，我們就像被施了定身咒，完全被眼前的景色給震住了。連綿的青山一座挨着一座，山上全是密密麻麻的松樹，風一吹，松濤陣陣，就像一首天然的交響曲。山下的花海五彩斑斕，各種花兒開得那叫一個熱鬧，香氣直往鼻子裏鑽。我們幾個女生一下子就興奮起來，在花叢裏又是拍照又是嬉戲。沿着小徑往前走，一條小溪在陽光底下閃着光，溪水叮叮咚咚地響，感覺像是在給我們演奏歡迎曲。 我們住的是木屋，外觀看着普普通通，可一進去，温馨的感覺一下子就把我們包圍了。屋裡的木質傢俱散發著淡淡的木香，床又軟又舒服，感覺往上面一躺就能做個美夢。晚上躺在床上，聽着外面蟲鳴和松濤聲，整個世界都安靜了，我們幾個朋友興奮得嘰嘰喳喳聊到半夜。 在吃的方面，度假村給了我們一個大大的驚喜。他們用的都是當地新鮮的食材，做出來的菜味道地道得很。清炒時蔬又脆又甜，比城裡的菜好吃太多了。大家圍坐在一起，一邊大快朵頤，一邊談天説地，熱鬧得不行。 娛樂項目也豐富得很，我們玩得那叫一個開心。白天，我們在溪邊打水仗，互相潑得渾身濕透，笑聲在山谷裏回蕩。一起去爬山，雖然爬到山頂累得氣喘吁吁，但山頂的風景美到讓我們覺得一切都值了。 這裏的工作人員服務也特別貼心。剛到的時候，他們就熱情地幫我們拿行李，還詳細地給我們介紹各種設施和活動。遊玩的時候有啥問題問他們，他們總是耐心解答。 這次松季自然生態度假村之行，真的是一次難忘的體驗。和朋友們一起逃離城市，投入大自然的懷抱，身心都得到了徹底的放鬆。

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel truly meets all my needs. The front desk staff are warm and responsive, always ready to help, and the cleaning ladies are very meticulous, always arranging my belongings neatly. The room has excellent natural light and a wide-open view, and at night you can even see the city skyline. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, and it's easy to catch a taxi nearby. Five-star rating, I'll definitely choose this hotel for my future business trips!

After booking, someone will get in touch. Manager Xiao Yan even helped upgrade us to a sea-view room, and it was lovely to wake up to the ocean right outside the window. The breakfast was plentiful, and we could check in as soon as our plane landed. The breakfast items like 'Rou Yan' (meat dumplings) and fish dumplings with seafood were very authentic. The hotel environment was great, and the hygiene was excellent. The kids loved playing by the sea. We'd go clamming in the morning, then have a big meal, and participate in various activities. For example, the welcome staff, Xiao Qi, made a lacquered fan with the child, and they absolutely loved it!

The location of the hotel is very close to the station, the car is very convenient, the environment is also good, the service is worthy of praise, the two young ladies at the front desk of their house are very good, the reception is very patient and gentle, and very beautiful, see we are three people and sent one person buffet breakfast 👍🏻 cleaning staff The staff sent things very quickly, and the supplies were delivered immediately after saying that they would bring more bottled water, very careful! There are also small gifts for check-in, exactly the same as the ones sold on the beach stalls. I regret buying early haha

This hotel is connected to the same building /complex as the Hilton Hotel. However, the entrance is on the side, not at the front. I booked a river view room, but there was no river view. Still, you could see the river bridge and some buildings in the distance. However, I did like wooden table, although you needed cushions to make the chair more accessible. Only 1 english channel - GGTN. The receptionist(s) speak no English, but with translation function on your cell phone, there is no problem. A little bit noisy from the riverside expressway, but I was only there for two nights. There is McDonalds and other restaurants in same building of the hotel. The metro station is about 500 to 600 metres. The major attractions of Fuzhou are about 15 mins away with metro journey for 2 CNY. Convenient stores in the building (local brand) and 7-11 across the street. Major shopping mall is about 500 metres away. There are many paths near the riverside making it a great place to exercise and explore. A discount car used by DIDI to the airport will cost 100 CNY. Overall, the hotel location and price are desirable.

The Atour Hotel Pingtan Tannan Bay is perfect for a family vacation with kids! The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it super convenient for kids to dig in the sand and for everyone to go crabbing in the evening. No long treks needed; when they're tired from playing, you can head straight back to the room to shower. Room service is very responsive; any requests are handled immediately by the staff. The location is ideal, not far from the county center, with plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of dining options. Takeout can be delivered directly to your room, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a relaxed trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall service is excellent. This stay was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Pingtan!

Her reception of guests was warm and thorough, and her demeanor was gentle and friendly. I had several questions that needed answering, and she didn't just brush them off; instead, she explained each one in detail and even proactively offered thoughtful reminders about various considerations. She handled tasks in an organized and swift manner, resolving issues without guests needing to constantly follow up. She treated every guest equally, maintaining a patient and kind service attitude at all times. Her service was both professional and empathetic. It's rare to find such an outstanding and thoughtful staff member; I truly felt her dedication. Highly recommended, full marks!
