"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just about 200 meters from Dongjiekou Metro Station and 80-100 meters from Nanjie Bus Stop. You can easily walk to Sanfang Qixiang. It's right next to Dayang Department Store and across from Dongbai, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, so you never have to worry about finding food. This time, we chose the Jimu King Bed Room, which had a bay window where we could sit, drink tea, and enjoy the view outside. The tea beverages in the mini-bar were delicious. The hotel itself is new, clean, and tidy. The soundproofing isn't great, but it didn't affect our sleep because everything else about the hotel was so good that we could overlook the sound issue. We are very satisfied with this hotel; the whole family loved it and said they would definitely stay here again on their next trip to Fuzhou. Choosing the right hotel makes a trip largely successful and significantly increases your fondness for the city."

"My flight was delayed, and I arrived late at Changle Airport. The Super 8 I booked exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers a free shuttle service; I just contacted the front desk after landing, and they arranged a pick-up. It was a fifteen-minute drive, saving me the hassle of waiting for a taxi at the airport.
Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was very patient, proactively informing me about the shuttle schedule for the next day's departure. The room had great natural light and was meticulously cleaned. The sheets and duvet were fresh, and the mattress was just the right firmness – after a long day of travel, I fell asleep immediately. The bathroom mirror and floor were sparkling clean, the hot water came on instantly, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. The WiFi was also fast and reliable.
Downstairs, there's a convenience store, bubble tea shop, and fast-food restaurants, so if I got hungry at night, I could easily grab a bite. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway or the street, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a layover or an early morning flight. It's primarily about being hassle-free and clean, and the shuttle service is a huge plus. The price is affordable, making it the top choice for an overnight stop."

"Honestly, they could just call it Fairfield. There are so many alternatives at this price point, and many are even more comfortable. It's newly opened, and the room had a strong renovation smell (sensitive people beware). The promotional pictures show bathrobes, but there weren't any in the room (not sure if they forgot to put them in or what). The lamps on both sides of the bed didn't work (I thought they were decorative, but they had switches – they just didn't light up). The mattress was incredibly hard! An hour after checking in, the power suddenly went out for a bit, and then the TV stopped working properly. I called the front desk, and they said they'd send housekeeping to check it out (but no one came, even by the time I checked out the next day). The minibar fridge wasn't cooling either. I won't be choosing Fairfield again."

"This hotel is probably one of the older five-star establishments in the area. Its location by West Lake is fantastic, and it's also a short walk to Sanfang Qixiang, which makes it very convenient. The hotel facilities are as expected – clean and comfortable. We booked a lake-view room and the scenery outside the window was absolutely beautiful and delightful. The next morning, I even took my family for a walk in the park, all very convenient. I also want to commend the hotel's additional services, which I think deserve a special shout-out. First, the mini-bar: arriving at the hotel hot and tired, grabbing a cold drink from the room was pure bliss! Second, the '活力早餐包' (vibrant breakfast bag) in the morning: it's easy to carry and perfectly satisfied our basic breakfast needs. Third, the airport transfer service: booking was easy, the driver arrived early, and the vehicle was a brand-new, comfortable business van. The overall experience was top-notch! Details like these really build a brand, and I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Fuzhou."

I booked it because it seemed close to the beach, but I arrived too late and left too early to enjoy it. There was a slight noise outside the window at night, possibly due to proximity to the road or airport. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I hope to visit again in the future."

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the room smelled delicious. All toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable, so they were safe to use. Any needs were met, including a pick-up and drop-off service, and you could rent an electric scooter. When the owner picked us up at the station, he offered us milk tea after we'd missed our meals. During the May Day holiday, he gathered everyone for a barbecue and chat, and his hands were practically spitting out sparks from the skewers he was skewering. The only downside was being woken one morning by the sound of firecrackers outside. 😂

Guest UserThe hotel is located right next to Sanfang Qixiang, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. Our room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The courtyard has a unique charm. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. For breakfast, one day it was delivered to our room on a cart, and the other day we went to the vegetarian restaurant on B1 downstairs. Overall, it was a really great stay. It's a different experience than staying in a business hotel, and I highly recommend it for families looking for a more relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

Guest UserHad a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

Guest UserThe hotel is very thoughtful, offering a free pickup service from Fuzhou Station. You can book it directly with the front desk after placing your order. The directions provided were very clear, which made our trip much easier. The 2.4m large bed in our room was perfect for sleeping with a child, not at all cramped. It was great, and we'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Sandy1002000I do not recommend this hotel for families traveling with young children or for non-smoking guests. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room was filled with a strong cigarette smell. We have a history of asthma, so we specifically explained our health concerns and requested a room change. After several complaints, the hotel eventually moved us to another room late at night, but unfortunately, it was mistakenly an actual smoking room, making the situation even worse. We had to contact Trip.com on the second morning to seek assistance. The hotel manager eventually offered complimentary breakfast as compensation, but overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

**Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – One of the Best in Fujian
This is truly one of the best 4* hotels in Fujian, not just in Fuzhou. This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed.
🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all.
🤝 Service
The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu.
🧴 Amenities
Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards.
📍 Location & Connectivity
The location is excellent and extremely convenient:
1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel.
2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women.
3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang.
💰 Value for Money
The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall.
🙏Areas for Improvement
1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety.
2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement.

A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

Pros:
1. The location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. It's super convenient for dining and shopping. There's also a Sanfu and a 7-Eleven downstairs, and Cotti Coffee from the first floor can be delivered directly to your room.
2. The front desk staff's service attitude was great; they pretty much fulfilled every request and even agreed to upgrade our room type. Although it was a less desirable 'end room,' it was acceptable. When we needed disposable chopsticks, cups, etc., they brought them up without hesitation, and extra blankets were provided free of charge.
3. The room's overall cleanliness was good. The bedding was clean, with no stains or hair. The showerhead in the bathroom also had no water marks or limescale. Thumbs up!
Cons:
1. The hotel seems to have been open for quite a while; the linens are pretty old, which made me a bit hesitant to use them. There were large oil stains on the table surface; I tried to wipe them off, but they wouldn't budge, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can add a tablecloth to cover it.
2. Please remember to disinfect the sink in the restroom; it had a strong odor.
3. The message board needs to be cleaned; there were pencil shavings as soon as I opened it.
4. Disposable items like the toothbrush were quite poor. The toothpaste and toothbrush were surprisingly separate, and the toothbrush was very uncomfortable to use—too big and too hard.
5. The pillows were average, and there were no special sleep pillows or buckwheat pillows available.

Guest UserInitially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

NihaoyibaoConveniently located, the room facing the residential area was quiet. It's just a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back, mainly because it's close to the museum and the panda world.
