This was the best hotel of our trip. The B&B offered better service and bedding than a five-star hotel. Its location in the bustling Sanfang Qixiang area meant plenty of food options nearby, yet it was incredibly quiet. We could even enjoy a cup of tea in our room, which was delightful. The hotel's decor was beautifully antique, but the facilities were new, comfortable, and clean. Even the toiletries were from well-known brands. The hotel breakfast was exquisite, the best breakfast our family had during our entire stay. I especially want to highlight the hotel's incredibly thoughtful service. They called in advance to ask about our arrival time, and during check-in, they even remembered our previous mention of going to Pingtan. The room also featured a family motto based on our surname. Without even asking, they automatically provided a third set of slippers and dental kits. Definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The room was spacious, and even with an extra small bed, it didn't feel cramped. They also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, showing great attention to detail. For breakfast, there was soft, easy-to-digest congee and light side dishes suitable for the elderly, as well as sandwiches and juice that the kids loved. A park is right next to the hotel, which was perfect for morning strolls with my parents. In the evenings, it was safe to take the kids to play in the square. The front desk staff also recommended attractions suitable for both the elderly and children, making our itinerary relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Booked this hotel for a friend visiting Fuzhou and they were super happy with it! My friend said the soundproofing was amazing (yyds), allowing them to rest completely undisturbed. The water, electricity, and internet were all very stable, and there was a constant supply of hot water for showering. The hotel environment is elegant, and the staff provide attentive service. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just staying for a short period.

An overall smooth check-in experience. I booked a National Day discount voucher before the holiday, and they upgraded me to a high-floor river view room for free. The hotel butler contacted me in advance via WeChat. The service at the hotel lobby for check-in, luggage storage, and room cleaning was all excellent. The hotel design is Chinese style. Although the location is not in the city center, the nearby commercial area is convenient for dining and shopping, and it's very close to Suning Plaza. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit.

My good friend came to Fuzhou for a vacation. With the comfortable weather and slow pace, the overall experience was fantastic! We specifically chose Shuxiang Wenru Hotel located within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys (Sanfang Qixiang). The historic courtyard has incredible charm, and the rooms feature a grand, traditional Chinese design. Upon check-in, a complete set of tea-making utensils and welcome snacks were thoughtfully provided. Right next door is the Michelin-starred restaurant Wenru No. 9, making dining extremely convenient—authentic Min cuisine is just steps away. During the day, we explored the ancient streets of Sanfang Qixiang, and whenever we got tired, we’d head back to the hotel, brew a pot of tea, and relax in quiet comfort to wash away all the fatigue. Combining great accommodation with dining, the environment is peaceful and elegant, and the service is attentive. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway in Fuzhou, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

Initially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart. When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care. From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

My overall stay at the Wyndham Fuzhou Grand Hotel was great. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room facilities were new, and the location was convenient for getting around. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, with Fuzhou local specialties like 'Laohua' (vermicelli soup) and 'Banmian' (mixed noodles) being a major highlight. Most of the staff had a very good service attitude. However, the service at the 'Laohua' and 'Banmian' breakfast stall was seriously in need of improvement. I ordered a bowl of Banmian on the spot, and after being away for just five minutes, the prepared noodles were taken by someone else. When the issue arose, the staff didn't actively resolve it. Instead, they pushed the blame onto me, saying I took too long to pick it up and used the excuse that it was busy in the morning and they couldn't remember. In reality, there weren't many guests eating Banmian at that stall in the morning. Being unable to keep track of such a simple order is completely inconsistent with the hotel's service standards. Later, they suddenly claimed to recognize me, which was very confusing. The taste of the food itself was not an issue. I sincerely hope the hotel will focus on rectifying this particular stall, strengthening staff service training, and ensuring proper order claiming to avoid similar incidents of wrong pickups, missed orders, or shirking responsibility, as these would significantly affect guests' dining experience.

Super worry-free stay with kids! The room had plenty of space to move around, and the hotel thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toiletries. The facilities nearby are excellent, making it very convenient for entertaining kids. Easy access to transportation too.
