Sharing my experience at Sunrise East China Sea B&B Reasons for choosing: 1. Newly opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities. 2. Conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of Tianmeiao Beach. Highlights: - Brand new rooms, fully equipped with laundry and drying areas. - Excellent value for money, with affordable prices. - The hostess was friendly and welcoming, even offering a ride to the beach on her bicycle. Tips: The path leading to the B&B is the one in the last photo (near the small garbage station, flanked by wildflowers and grass). Mosquitoes are common in the evening, so please take precautions.

Visiting Pingtan during the off-season is incredibly comfortable! On a sunny day, it's absolutely photogenic! The hostel rooms are fantastic, very clean, and have two tables for seating. The first floor is a bar where those who enjoy a drink can relax. The second floor is for accommodation, stylishly decorated. The receptionist is incredibly kind, and the receptionist is also very friendly! Discovering hostels has been a real eye-opener – cheap and in a great location. Of course, it might not be the best choice for those who prioritize quiet, as it's a dormitory (but honestly, in many hotels and guesthouses I've stayed in while traveling, there's always noise from upstairs, next door, and in the hallway, sometimes from inconsiderate people). I didn't take any photos of the hostel, so I'll use something else instead.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, there are many places to eat around, and there are electric bike rentals within a few steps. You can compare it. Breakfast is not included. The room is not very big, but it is basically OK. The girl at the front desk and the lady boss are very enthusiastic. Overall, it can be improved. I may choose it again next time I have the opportunity. This seafood porridge is really delicious😋

The room is very satisfactory! You can see the beach of Longwangtou when you open the window! The sky is blue! The view is great! The location is not far from the county town and there are many options! The boss is very nice and talkative! The B&B can also provide pick-up and drop-off services! It is very friendly to tourists like us! No need to think about how to get to the hotel from the train station! It saves a lot of time hahaha! It can also be delivered on the return trip! Highly recommended! And! The boss's cooking skills are also very good! You can find the boss in advance to book the dishes you want to eat! Then you can eat them when you get off the train and return to the B&B that day hahahaha, no need to think! It is very suitable for lazy people like me! 民宿地理位置絕佳，離龍王頭沙灘超級近，騎行幾分鐘就能到海邊看日出、散步踏海，出行特別方便。 周邊配套特別齊全，走幾步就是熱鬧的小吃街，各種本地特色美食應有盡有，出門就有砂鍋粥店、各類早餐店，早晚吃飯完全不用發愁，逛吃特別方便。民宿衞生做得特別到位，房間乾淨整潔無異味，環境安靜舒服住着很安心。房東服務熱情周到，有問題隨叫隨應，態度特別好。出行遊玩、吃飯都特別便利，性價比超高，來平潭住這裏絕對不踩雷，下次來還選這家!

The words ”It's time to eat” made me feel as if I was back home. The home-cooked food in the north is even more soothing. The B&B is also very clean. I look forward to coming again next time~

The boss is also very enthusiastic and patiently helps us introduce what to do in the surrounding area and recommend suitable travel routes. The boss is also in the business of renting electric vehicles. The car is also very convenient, the room facilities are relatively complete, the price is moderate, and overall it is quite good.

In a villa community, the first floor is actually a semi-underground, there are four rooms in total, sound insulation is not good! First, take the outdoor stairs to the second floor. There is no one inside. Call the boss. Then let you find the room number she said in the drawer, and then take the indoor stairs to the semi-basement with the box. If there is an elderly or suitcase, it will be very troublesome! There is no partition and curtain in the bathroom and shower room. After taking a bath, the ground is full of water. You need to pay attention to slip! The room is large and tidy! It is very convenient to eat, drink and play around the inn!

The guest house is about 300 meters away from Fuqing Street Center Park. The walls of the room that the boss arranged for us to stay in have new wall coverings. The room is relatively neat and clean. I am quite satisfied with it. I will come here next time.
