i loved the place! hotel breakfast is totally worth it, yummy toast and lao hua (soup with free flow ingredients like clams, prawn, vege, meatball, fishball). their breakfast place is an actual buffet restaurant link to a spa. there’s a wide variety of food to let you sample the food of fuzhou. hotel room is big and clean and nice. at 11pm, there will be food stalls that gather near the hotel for a great supper time!

Facilities: The room is very new
Hygiene: The room is cleaned and tidy. I stayed for four days. The auntie cleaned up the garbage carefully every day. She was very considerate and replenished the toiletries for the remaining days on the first day
Environment: There are many delicious foods downstairs. It is very convenient to go anywhere
Service: I forgot to take the clothes out of the washing machine, and there were staff to help me put them in the dryer. The front desk lady Zhang Zhang was very nice and considerate. I will choose this hotel next time if I have the chance

The room's air conditioner was turned on at 8pm, and the heating was poor, so it was assisted by a heating appliance.
There were many types of breakfast, including various Fuzhou breakfasts, as well as Western cakes and bread.
The parking spaces were relatively crowded, so you need to park in the opposite parking lot and get the invoice for reimbursement at the front desk.

I took two photos at breakfast. The lobby is not big but the front desk service is very considerate. The guest rooms are also cleaned very cleanly. When we went out for dinner, the housekeeping staff also made the night bed for us. The service is a bit upscale. I like the layout of the room very much. On the right hand side of the door is the wardrobe and washbasin, and on the left hand side is the shower room and toilet. This is completely independent and very convenient. The hotel is located in the South Square. After exiting the station, look to the left hand front Jinhui Building and you can see Yishang Hotel. It is very close.

Overall, I am shocked that a Mercure (Accor) hotel would be of this quality or standard.
The hotel lobby & entrance did not not even have concierge services or a ramp to ease the luggage load, I had to carry 2 big luggages up a flight of 4 steps to enter the hotel lobby entrance.
Room cleanliness was below acceptance, my suite & room windows were atrociously dirty, my room aircon vents were partly broken, other room and hotel amenities are unlike a 4 star business hotel that Accor brands would be!
A saving grace was the hotel central location & the 2-3 reception staff that were quite helpful at times but failed in terms of providing any local area expertise or recommendations (food, attractions, etc.) well when asked. This is probably not suited for a tourist or leisure type hotel guest.

The hotel is in a great location. When booking, the location was the main consideration. It is one bus stop away from Sanfang Qixiang. Or walk more than 1,000 meters. Yushan Park where the hotel is located is also a scenic spot. Next to it is Dingguang Temple, which is also a tourist attraction. It is just outside Exit E of Metro Line 2. There are also many buses at the door.
Disadvantages: Because it is next to Dingguang Temple, if the temple holds rituals in the morning, drums and bells will be beaten. The windows are not completely soundproof and the noise can affect your sleep. It was quite noisy on our first morning. The next day there was no sound.

The location is convenient, very close to the subway station. Exit C of Shudou Line 1 is only two to three hundred meters away. The Pingtung bus station is just across the road from the hotel. It is convenient for travel! The hotel is relatively old, but the basic facilities are still passable and general needs can be met. However, the hotel's hygiene is relatively weak. The hotel should strengthen this aspect, especially the movable glass door in the bathroom. It should be cleaned. It’s within the hotel’s capabilities! The breakfast is basically enough to satisfy you, but the style is a little simpler. You can try to make some improvements, especially to make some adjustments based on the preferences of young people! Completely objective evaluation! Don't praise it, don't step on it! Unexpected surprise, I thought I could just find a hotel close to the high-speed rail station before returning. Unexpectedly, the environment was great, and I was upgraded to a large room where I could soak in hot springs for free. It's not crowded at all even with kids. The front desk thoughtfully prepared a child's toothbrush and slippers for the baby, and also gave me a separate breakfast coupon. The details are attentive. Tea culture is more popular here in Fuzhou. The room has a special tea table in the tatami style, as well as special spring water for making tea. The overall Chinese style and charm.

I booked this room for my mum and cousin for 3N4D stay. I chose this hotel for the location within the Sanfang Qixiang, and walking distance to foodie streets and the Ancestral Hall and Museum of Lin Zexu. The setting of the hotel was exactly what I was expecting, bringing us back to living in ancient Chinese house but with modern comfort. The service from the door concierge (2 gentlemen) to the reception counter (all staff and GM Assistant, Ms Qiu Guixiang) and room service (level 3 staff) was top-notch. The service we received was ever so warm and heartfelt, always able to accommodate our requests including laundry assistance and standing fan, helping us with our luggage and transport . I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a niche boutique hotel, and not an international hotel with full-range facilities.

SStephy0326Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

Environment: Mountain view, pretty good, it should be cool in summer, it is quite cold to walk around the outdoor pools of the hot spring on this day, and it is also cold to eat.
In winter, only the small swimming pool is hot water. There are a lot of people, many children are playing in the water and many people are taking pictures. It is impossible to swim well.
Service: There are cars in the hotel that can be called at any time. Sometimes it is better to walk by yourself during peak hours. The CI at the front desk has an average attitude, does not take the initiative to introduce the various facilities, and the check-in process is slow and many people queue up.
If you live nearby, you can just buy a ticket to play in the swimming pool and hot spring. There is no need to stay overnight.

WwongI recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

The private hot spring in the room has big water current and can be filled up quickly. The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. She deserves to be promoted for her service!

GGuest UserThe hardware facilities are consistent with the graphic description, but the reservation information clearly states that there is an indoor swimming pool. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. When did I have to file an application report to use disposable supplies when I checked in? Breakfast was served at 8 o'clock. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my experience in this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We booked 3 rooms, and they upgraded 2 of our rooms for free for our convenience, so that our family could be together. The outdoor hot spring experience was also great. There were over 10 hot springs to choose from, and they were very clean with great views. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. I would recommend getting the combo meal (depending on the number of your party), to taste a little bit of everything. The free breakfast selection is also great, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside is that they don't have change if you pay in cash, so make sure you have WeChat Pay or AliPay.

GGuest UserGood review! First of all, the room is very large, with separation of movement and quiet, meeting the needs of the whole family! The children have fun in the back room, and the elders can chat and rest outside. In addition, the indoor bathing pool also made up for the regret that we had no time to soak in the outdoor hot springs at night because we checked in very late.

GGuest UserThe front desk 66106 paid attention to service details, sent fruits, upgraded the room, and arranged a room with good lighting and plenty of sunshine to meet the customer's request for late check-out. The hotel has a festive atmosphere and is full of the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year. Tea sets and mineral water are also delivered to the guest rooms in a timely manner. I give it a thumbs up. The security guard is in a good mental state and actively guides the guests. The hot spring on the balcony of the room is also very good. The bubble hot spring is very good and warm on this day. I will stay at Junhao Hotel next time.

GGuest UserThis is the our first visit to Fuzhou. I traveled with my husband and my mum. I booked 4 different hotels for a total of 9 nights in Fuzhou. Narada is the second hotel.
We stayed for two nights at the private hot spring wing. Was given free upgrade upon checking in. We were then driven to our rooms by the lovely front desk lady, Xiao Li (前台小李). She is very professional, super helpful as the moment we got out of the cab, she carried all our baggages. Throughout our trip, she is always there to answer all our questions and is very warm and personable.
The next morning, we then called the front desk for the buggy to pick us up to the main hotel side for breakfast. The spread is very good with both Chinese and Western cuisine. The chefs are very nice and approachable. I want to take this chance to thank the restaurant waitress, Chen Hong (陈虹). Every morning we were greeted by her superb service. She shared with us about the culture, food and places to go in Fuzhou. She really go out of the way to make us feel welcomed.
Checking out was a breeze too. We just called the front desk and leave our keys in the room and head off. We then made our way to next hotel nearer to the city centre. We were shocked by the condition as the surroundings and the exterior of the hotel looked so rundown and dirty. We then decide to go back to Narada. We were again served by Xiao Li (前台小李). The moment she saw us, she immediately came to us asking if there’s anything she can help us with. We told her about our horrific encounter at the other hotel and she helped us arrange for 2 rooms at the main hotel side. She even brought us up to see the rooms before committing the stay. We also met Chen Hong (陈虹) while waiting for the rooms, she was empathic and recommended other local places and events. We were so impressed by the rooms, the hospitality and the impeccable service by Xiao Li (前台小李) and Chen Hong (西餐厅陈虹) that we decided not to move in to the city centre and stayed here for 7 more nights before our flight back to Singapore.
Big thumbs up to Narada Resort & Spa, Shoukai, Fuzhou. The people there are truly amazing. Thank you very much!
