"The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in). The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault. Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes. The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance. Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok."

"The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were delightful! The hotel's seafront promenade is currently undergoing renovations. For us, the location was excellent. Close to the opera house and the pier where boats depart for Capri. Our room was very small, and although we were given a superior room, it was the one below the restaurant. Due to poor soundproofing, we could clearly hear the music and every movement of the guests at the table. We were disappointed by the maid, who kept moving the phone, papers, and other items to specific places, despite us constantly removing them from the small nightstand in an effort to save space. On our last day, the bed linen wasn't changed, even though we left a postcard with check marks and, as always, a tip."

"Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay."

"Well located in the historic old city district of Naples and not far away from the famous street known as Spaccanopoli. It is within reasonable walking distance of many of the cities other landmarks too and has an excellent pizza restaurant only just around a corner some 50 metres away. This hotel is very pleasant to stay at. It is a pearl in this old part of the city, being elegant and modern inside. The rooms are nicely furnished, air conditioned and very comfortable, plus there is an Italian breakfast laid on. The hotel facilities are really good as there is both a gym and a large swimming pool on the premises. Also an added bonus is that there is an underground car park here that is connected to the hotel by a lift, so if you have a car you have no worries about parking it in the city. The staff at this hotel were very courteous and helpful and I would say that my overall impression is that Ecumano Space is much better than its three star rating, we were very happy with our short stay there."

"The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo."

"This hotel is on the outskirts on Naples. About 15 minutes from city center. An older well kept property. The room layout is hard because the reception is on top. The rooms are below. You need to take one elevator to go up. And then go with your bags to another elevator to go down. Lots of walking and up and down stairs with your bags. The rooms are tiny but efficient. The water pressure is fair. The lunch food was excellent. The front desk staff is very nice."
