GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

GGuest UserThis property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

GGuest UserEttore the owner was insisting on WhatsApp number which though initially felt strange it was largely due to my lack of understanding on how things worked in family run b&bs in Naples He was very detailed in providing us with info re places to visit trains to take etc The rooms were good. They are 5 rooms within a house that are given out to guests. As you can imagine you could hear everything from adjacent rooms. There were coffee machines and some packed food and tea options etc. The only gripe I had was the room was stinking of cigarette smoke. Even the owner was struggling to talk and had to keep the door open and spray the room. The wife had been smoking inside the house. We had to leave our door to the balcony outside open just so we could breathe without coughing. It took more than 40mins of airing to get the stench out. Otherwise it was a good place. Real shame.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

SSvetlana ObermanI 'm not the first time to stop in this area Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel. The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port. Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look. The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise. We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is not bad, everything is new, always clean and tidy, close to the train station and airport. There is also a tram stop nearby. A huge minus is a large and steep staircase, with suitcases it is extremely inconvenient, we had an evening flight, they did not allow us to leave things, because there is no one there on a permanent basis, without a key you can not get into the hotel itself. The location area is very depressing, a lot of garbage around, stench and everything else that does not paint the city

GGuest UserThe room is clean, but we asked for 2 blankets - they did not react to the request. Breakfast - you can't call it breakfast, cookies, juice and capsule coffee, sometimes 1 capsule and 1 juice, sometimes 2 for 2 guests. No iron, this is very strange. We asked to leave the luggage, the hostess said ok. In fact, they asked us for 5 euros for this, but did not warn about it in advance.

AAlanaThe hotel is in a perfect location via Toledo, the room had a spectacular view of the street. The only thing is that check in is made in a different location than the hotel, but if you send them a mail to the hotel, you will get the address where you have to check in.
