Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

If you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

I 'm not the first time to stop in this area Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel. The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port. Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look. The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise. We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

The room was decent for a European hotel, and it was very close to Naples' central train and metro stations, making it convenient for getting to Pompeii or Sorrento. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us sightseeing routes. The breakfast was also good; a €5 breakfast feels like a luxury in Europe. The young lady serving breakfast brought us our coffee, like a family-run hotel. However, please note that the check-in area and the accommodation are next door. We rang the doorbell for a while before someone came downstairs to tell us it was next door. I suggest the owner put up a sign or marker. Naples is definitely worth a visit.

The room is clean, but we asked for 2 blankets - they did not react to the request. Small but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station. Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.

This is an ideal hotel if you want to sit near the car rental and airport. For accommodation or comfortable location you do not have to do it (no 4* indicated). I had to get up at 03.30 before my flight and that's all right. Just walking to the airport is fine. The hotel is old and dated, it's still long noisy outside and paintings sometimes shake on the wall. Don't expect to much and then it's OK.

The Wi-Fi is average – it’s generally fine for calls and watching videos, but it can occasionally disconnect. Breakfast is basic: just coffee and a pastry. Overall, a decent option if you’re looking for a simple and peaceful place to stay.
