AAnonymous UserThe location couldn't be better, directly opposite the train station entrance. It felt very safe too, with police and patrol cars consistently present downstairs. Getting to Pompeii by metro, bus, or train was incredibly easy from here. It has the charm of an older, established hotel, offering excellent value for money. We were within easy walking distance of famous spots for Neapolitan and fried pizzas. Our room was a decent size and even included a small balcony. A minor point was that staff would sometimes enter the room even when cleaning wasn't requested. Breakfast was a letdown for me due to the constant presence of small flying insects.

LLEINaples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port. There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ... The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun. The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.

GGuest UserHotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel in a controversial but very colorful area of Naples. Excellent varied breakfast. We had an anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded the room. If we are in Naples again, we will definitely stay there.

CChris HeveyI highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
