Scenic Hotels in Naples

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."

"The room is big enough to ride a bike. The outside is quite desolate. There are many warehouses and building materials markets run by Chinese people. Seeing the national flag makes me feel at ease."

"The window overlooked in an inner court yard with machinery surrounded by old buildings.. Entering the room a strong very unpleasant scent hit you. No kettle ,possibility to make tea.The stuff polite, was ok. The area convenient for going arround,but as usually happens in central station areas dirty, not safe."

"Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level  -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!"

"3 faults I found in this hotel: the poorly soundproofed rooms, the light interruptor of the neighbouring room lights my room light so it is better in the full night to remove the card that activates the light, and breakfast of the bad quality. Otherwise for all the rest everything is nickel: the staff at the listening and welcome, cleanness nothing to say, and the top the location"

"To be honest, the location of the hotel is good. It is only a few minutes' walk from Naples Central Station. But I need to remind you that when we checked out in the morning, an international universal power adapter was left on the socket of the writing desk. When we went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage in the afternoon, we told the front desk that my plug was left in the room, and told her the room number and hoped that she would help us find it. The girl at the front desk said that she would call the cleaners to ask, and after listening to them talking in Italian, she told me that they didn't find it. . . Family, I swear to Chairman Mao and God that I am 100% sure that the adapter was left in the room. After I was told that I didn't find the plug, I argued with the front desk for a while, saying that I was 100% sure that the item was trapped in the hotel room, and that I had stayed in Ibis many times in my country and never encountered the situation of lost items, so I always respected and trusted the Ibis brand, which is why I chose to stay in Ibis in Italy again when I came to Italy, but this explanation didn't work. My daughter was worried that we were unfamiliar with the place, so she kept signaling me to calm down and leave quickly to catch the train. In this situation, what can I say? I can only accept my bad luck. I also remind everyone to check carefully before checking out and never leave anything behind. There is also a B&B hotel next to Ibis, which is also a chain hotel. We have stayed in Madrid and Florence. It feels more secure and the service is better. For the same price, I recommend everyone to stay in B&B"
