The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good.
The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros.
If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

It is an Italian house that is open opposite the train station and has 5 rooms. The location is very convenient, the price is relatively high, but the downstairs are black, relatively insecure. We live next door to black people. I am not a racist, but I still care. The landlord is very enthusiastic, maybe too enthusiastic, will open your door to clean up, although we clearly told him not to do so. I don't care, my wife is more afraid. In short, there are advantages and disadvantages. The man is alone, recommend living. Couple, forget it, take care of your lover's sense of security.

Fantastic getaway place to stay. Very clean, great location, beautiful views and our main purpose for the visit to Naples was a visit to Pompeii which was amazing. Location of apartment was ideal for metro, which was simple to use (and a good experience). What made this a pleasure was how helpful and accommodating Antonio was, as well as the cleaners, from start to finish. We will return again and definitely stay at the Relais Castel Nouvo. Mark and Sam.

I think this shop is very good, but there are not many reviews, so I was quite worried at first.
It is true that there are more black people near the railway station, but they have not affected others at all, and there is no problem. It may be difficult to find at the beginning. It is on the second floor after the entrance, but the decoration equipment inside is very new and beautiful. The reception is very good. There will be a map to explain to you where the hot spots are and how to go. Because we were going to the airport at 8 o'clock, we couldn't have breakfast, and we packed breakfast in the room one night in advance. Very sweet!

Firstly the positives. The location is very good for the train station and the airport. The rooms are a decent size and the staff were efficient although not hugely friendly. This hotel is very much a case of getting what you pay for. Its fine as a base to sleep in but if you're looking for any kind of luxury then it's not great The area the hotel is in is one of the poorer parts of the city. There's a lot of homeless people outside and all of the things that come with that, although they don't seem to bother the tourists. The road is exceptionally noisy although the windows do a decent job of blocking most of the noise out. The hotel itself is dated, the roof bar wasn't open during our stay and we didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that The room was very dated very dark and gloomy. The double bed was two beds pushed together and the sheets were uncomfortable and scratchy. The TV didn't work properly nor did the fridge. The bathroom flooded every time we had a shower as it appeared to come out of the floor drain whenever the shower was on or the bath emptied and the shower head was at knee height so you had to hold it up to have a shower. Having said that if you just wanted a place to stay with no frills and cheap then this is fine.

We stayed in this B&B for two nights. There was a beautiful, new, clean and everything very profumed room. Every time you asked for information, the friendly and very available boys were asked for information. The day of departure, as they were very early, they left us a rich breakfast in the room. The only negative point, just because I am a stick, I repeat a personal thing, is the area, especially the evening. 3rd hotel we’ve stayed in on Piazza Garibaldi. The location might be a problem for some as there are a lot of people hanging around in the square and side streets but it felt safe to me. In fact I enjoyed sitting on our first floor balcony 12 feet above the pavement where a lot of locals were hanging out; it added to the charm of the place. It has a tiny ground floor footprint and is accessed via a door in the side street. Pretty unremarkable on arrival. But when you get onto the first floor the corridors and bedrooms are white marble throughout - floor and walls. It does look good but means the corridors are echoey. Room itself is good quality but I have concerns about the bathrooms and particularly the shower. Any interior designer surely knows that wet feet on untreated marble are a nasty accident waiting to happen: the 2 just don’t mix. The marble floor of the shower is downright dangerous; once you’ve rinsed off the shower gel, etc being in the shower is like driving with bald tyres on black ice. There’s nothing to hold onto to steady yourself either. I urge the hotel to provide a Bath mat in each room to mitigate this risk. But for this I’d have scored it 4. Breakfast is taken in the basement and I thought it fine. All the staff we spoke to were pleasant and professional.

Let me start how friendly How friendly the staff was. Nothing is too much always ready for a good recommendation and a nice chat. Rooms are well appointed and there is everything you need. Location is ideal for metro and funicolare. My parents are planning to come in Naples and I will make sure they will stay here! Well done! Very Good
Situated right on the main square when leaving the central station of Naples, this B&B hotel is the ideal place when you want to visit the town or have an overnight stay to travel onwards. The main metro lines into town and the trains to Pompei, the Vesuvius or the Amalfi coast, are all just across the square. It is situated on the 4th floor in a large building, with other similar small hotels and B&B's. Re Diego offers an easy self-check-in by following the instructions they send via Whatsapp, so you can arrive whenever you wish. The rooms, with sliding doors, are not the largest, but they are clean, airy and quite noise-proof. Our room overlooked the square and the station, with a view as far as the Vesuvius. The air-conditioning worked efficiently, which wasn't a luxury as despite traveling in October, the weather was still quite hot. The breakfast is on a pre-order basis: the evening before you make your selection and the next morning, it is served - by a very friendly staff - in your room. This system works like a charm, and it avoids the typical food waste from a buffet-style breakfast. One area of caution: the bathroom floor is about 10cm above the room floor, so be careful when stepping out as you might misstep and fall between the shower and the bed! Just like most neighbourhoods around a central station in large cities, the square is not the finest place to hang out. It seems a bit dodgy at night, but because the hotel is not situated in some dark alley, there shouldn't be any issues. Just take the normal precautions with your luggage, wallet and telephone - something that counts for all of Naples. And one last point: don't forget to close the inside doors of the elevator or it is blocked for anyone else to use. Nobody really likes to climb three flights of stairs with heavy luggage!
