"The front desk service was very good. They upgraded me to a big room. It was very clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. The furniture looked very high-end. There were paintings and sofas just like at home. It was very cost-effective. The TV projection screen was not laggy and I could watch my favorite movies. It was great. There was a noodle stall at the entrance of the hotel at night. I liked it very much. It was quite close to Pingxi Night Market and it only took 15 minutes to get there by shared bike. "gChoosing Manxin Hotel really surprised me. We went from Guangdong to Guizhou before May Day. We stayed in many hotels during the round trip, but only Manxin left a deep impression on me.
Many details are designed with great care to create a very warm living environment. The only thing that makes me feel a little regretful is that the wifi is troublesome and it is easy to disconnect after projecting the screen once. After disconnection, you need to reconnect to the newly set Wi-Fi.

"The location of the hotel is very good to find, very close to the scenic spot in the high-tech zone, Zhongguancun and Acacia Town are two traffic lights such a distance, not far from the Keyuan Interchange (p3), the whole hotel parking place is quite a lot, live in the store free parking, I heard from my boyfriend that there were many property thefts in the car in the parking lot of the hotel next door last night. My car parked under Guangyuexuan and was safe and full. Then I applied with the store. The room was upgraded for me. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The electric curtains were well received and the shading was very good (p2). I slept until I woke up naturally. ～ I have lived in his house several times recently. The quality of the hotel of state-owned enterprises is trustworthy. But I am busy with work, so I didn’t eat the hotel’s breakfast. I will choose this hotel next time I come to work. TToon KeeHotel is at prime location close to food and shopping with walking distance to Nanning Railway, Nanning Railway Station Metro and airport bus is just on the opposite. There are 2 check-in area at different building. Entry to room level is via card. Room is clean and spacious with amenities provided including sanitized towel. Faculty tv remote was replaced with speed. Request for late check out at 3pm is available. Staff service is good. Hotel has a caring corner. Enjoyed my stay!

DDavidHotel is located diagonally across Mixc shopping centre and easily accessible from 万象城 station on Line 1. It’s 7 stations away from 朝阳百盛步行街 on the same line.
We asked for non-smoking room and were assigned a room on level 3, the only designated non-smoking floor. However the windows open to the atrium courtyard and hotel guests fragrantly flouted the no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and cigarette stench prevails. I advise non-smokers to avoid this place.
Hotel has central heating during this period and it’s not possible to control the temperature in your room if you prefer cooler temperature. We had to resort to opening both door and windows to induce airflow from the cooler corridor.
小米 TV provides a reservoir of content for entertainment for purchase if the usual china terrestrial channels are not your cup of tea. The complimentary welcome drinks at the lobby is a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm merely recycles leftovers from breakfast and can be skipped.
Next trip back I’ll probably pick a hotel near 朝阳广场 for greater ease of access to shopping and restaurants.

The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. LLML and travelConvenient and accessible locations to the metro, shopping district and Chaoyang Square, a very lively area to stay at. The hotel is super clean and tidy, can't find any fault with the cleanliness and service of the hotel. The staff were also friendly in extending their help in every possible way. As an example, they immediately gave me a bottle of medication for external application when I told them that I had sprained my ankle. Kudos to the front desk staff! The cleaners also did an excellent job in ensuring ultimate cleanliness. Super impressed with the complimentary self service laundry facility at the hotel. If I need to comment on one improvement for the hotel would be the breakfast. While it's great for the hotel to offer complimentary breakfast for the guests, I find that the spread was too basic and the few items I had was only hard boiled eggs, fruits, corn and sweet potatoes. Highly recommend anyone to check out this hotel if you are visiting Nanning.

The guest room equipment is also very new and clean. Intelligent equipments like Xiaodua, automatic curtain and night lamp are plus points. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very good. Staffs of the hotel are very supportive and nice. Though, they can not speak English, we still communicate well via Google translate. There is a very very good restaurant near to the hotel (you can see in the restaurant bill attached, just 900m far from the hotel). We also can reach Nanning Renmin Park by foot (i.e 25-30 mins).

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons:
Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.)
Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.)
2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room.
3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day.
Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

LLari_saThe hotel was difficult to find, the address given is not quite correct. Instead of building 10, it was building 6 and the uploaded pictures of the hotel are not up to date either.
We found reddish stains on the towels, as well as on the bed sheets. There was also a dirty fridge in the room that was not plugged in.
The rooms are not particularly well soundproofed, you could hear people in the hallway. There were also strange cards stuck to the door every day that you could use to request ”company”.
The shower catch net does not work well, the water hardly drained away, only after you removed it was it OK.
At least there was a washing machine that worked well.
