"TLDR: a lot of things to love about this hotel! The hotel is well-prepared, with everything in the room and amenities in the lobby. They even have socks as souvenir, very cute. Never seen a hotel that provides hygiene sheets for room slippers before but this place does! They also have room service for food, and in-room massage / aromatherapy! And they even provide postage labels in case you need to mail stuff back home. Utility-wise, they have quite a lot of power sockets around the room, and even provide charging cable for your devices. And a special multi-purpose shower head. The room is a bit small but for what you’re getting at this price, I think it’s perfectly reasonable. They also have a security system that locks the front door during wee hours, making this place safe to stay in. The service was great too. I think some of the staff members don’t speak English but they have all the notes in English so you can just read them. Location is so convenient, just cross the road from Nagoya station and you’ve arrived. Overall very happy with the stay! They truly went above and beyond my expectations"
