"Ron Keke is the GOAT!!! The location is super convenient, and they provide all the toiletries you could ask for, including very practical facial cleansers and masks! For this price at this location, what more could you possibly want? Just go for Ron Keke, you won't regret it! The overall vibe is quite retro, but the room is a bit small. If you lay out two suitcases on the floor, you might not have much room to walk around."

"Hotel is new, clean, and modern. Sleep is comfortable. Shower facilities is great, I like that the doors of the shower room prevents water from splashing out to the nearby floor. "A great location for visiting around the city - several subway stations are within a few minutes walk in different directions and some attractions like the science museum and Central Park shopping area are close enough to walk as well. The room size was decent for Japan with a nice chair and desk with refrigerator and big tv in the room and enough space for luggage and to walk around the bed. The amenities and snacks provided in the lobby were very convenient and there are several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the main dishes changed every day of our three day stay but I would say it was more Japanese dishes than western. The staff were very friendly and spoke English and the WiFi was ok although a little slow at times. I think this was a great value and location and would recommend it and stay again next time I come to Nagoya."

"Check in and out was easy and automated with the machine at counter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, able to speak english to a good extent Environment was warm and welcoming, rooms were comfortable. Maybe the breakfast could be better. Daily selection of one sandwich, either the fix katsu sandwich or the other bread, sometimes hotdog, sometimes plain bread with soup. Drinks were very limited .didn't felt like going down for breakfast after the first 3 days Washing machines were the winner, you can even watch the availability from room tv . Overall is very good would stay again if I'm travelling there"

"My stay at The B Hotel Novena was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and malls, making getting around and dining out a breeze. While the room wasn't huge, it was modernly designed and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were professional and friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Overall, the hotel environment was quiet, and the facilities were well-maintained. For Singapore, the value for money is pretty excellent. I'd recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure stays, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore."

"The Nikko Style Nagoya is a truly wonderful hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby feels modern, warm and cosy. It is not your typical hotel in Japan. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff at the reception were very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, comfortable and clean, although the bed is a little too firm for me. The buffet breakfast has a good variety, with plenty of local specialties. There is a choice of main course and I highly recommend the Japanese fish option. My only negative comment is that my used plates were not cleared quickly enough, despite the waiter walking past my table a couple of times. The location is about 12 minutes away on foot from Nagoya Stain and 20 minutes on foot from the Sakae shopping area, but there are plenty of interesting small restaurants close by. The price I paid was reasonable for the product and service offered. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The entire hotel relies on air conditioning for ventilation, as windows cannot be opened. The double room was small, just barely adequate. However, the surrounding area offers excellent accessibility. It's about a 10-minute walk to Muji and the famous HARBS cake shop (the original, historically significant branch). Popular restaurants like Gyoza no Ohsho, Umahachi, and Chen Mapo Tofu (Matsuzakaya store) are only about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is located between Sakae and Fushimi stations. We usually opted to take the subway one stop from Fushimi to Nagoya Station for shopping at Takashimaya (which houses the renowned Din Tai Fung on its upper floors). Getting to the airport was also convenient, involving a subway transfer to an express train. So, the hotel's location is indeed exceptionally convenient, with easy walking access to shopping centers like Mitsukoshi. During our four-day stay, we noticed a high number of Korean and ********* tour groups, which made it quite noisy. Therefore, it might not be suitable for guests who prefer a quiet environment or wish to enjoy hotel amenities. However, this type of budget hotel is very popular, with its affordable price being its biggest advantage."

"This is my second time staying here. My experience in January was quite good; the cleanliness is standard, typical for a business hotel, and overall it's pretty clean. In terms of service, this hotel leans towards self-service. Both check-in and check-out are self-service (though there are staff at the front desk), and luggage storage is also self-service, which is quite convenient. The location is the most important reason I choose this hotel. It's just a couple of steps from Fushimi Station Exit 10, and Exit 10 has a direct elevator, which is very convenient for travelers with large luggage. In short, I will still prioritize this hotel when I visit Nagoya in the future. It's highly recommended."

"This is a local Japanese hotel chain. The facilities are decorated in a Japanese style. Although it opened many years ago, it's still very comfortable overall. The rooms aren't huge, but they have all the necessary functions. For dining, the hotel has buffet, Japanese, Chinese, and French restaurants on the first and second floors, and the quality is consistently good. The location is very convenient, not far from the Sakae shopping district and the subway station. There's also a direct bus from Chubu Centrair Airport (NGO), so everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is within reach. The service was excellent. Although there was a slight hiccup where our luggage was taken by mistake after we checked it, the hotel staff quickly arranged to retrieve it, and it didn't cause any delays."

GGuest UserThis hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Sakae station, shopping areas, and many restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, Like most business hotels in Japan, the room size is a bit small, but it was still manageable for two people with luggage. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel also felt quiet and safe at night, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it is a good value hotel with a great location in Nagoya. I would recommend it for travelers who want a clean and convenient place to stay in the Sakae area.

Decent room size given the amount that we paid per night.. and they even have a chair in the washroom so that u can sit down while doing your makeup etc?? Staff were all very friendly and kind, which made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. :) It’s a short walk from the JR station, and there’s a rather big convenience store nearby called Ministop. Very comfortable bed and pillows I love it so much. It felt ok for me and my friend (both female) to walk back to hotel from the station at night. A couple of drinking places nearby so it’s very lively at night. I might be hesitant to stay in the area if I was alone though. But with friends it’s fine! Also, don’t miss the entrances to the underground shopping area ESCA. Easy access to restaurants, ***** stores/pharmacies, and other stores for shopping.

GGuest UserI recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

LlinniiPerfect for short stays. Located near Nagoya Station - making taking JR/Shinkansen and the subway very easy. There’s plentiful restaurants around and the capsules were rather comfortable. Things to note is that they are unable to store luggage and you need to be out of the capsule rooms between 11-3, you can stay in the L10 lounge if you need somewhere to rest. They have lockers for you to store your stuff and is locked via. a QR code. The locker area is a bit tight for space but will be fine if you don’t stay for long-term and need to sort your luggage constantly. The showers were decently sized and there were enough bathrooms for use provided that it’s not rush hour. Overall, the experience was good and I would definitely stay at another 9h hotel for its price, comfort and convenience c:

GGbooThis is a Meitetsu Inn property, so the rooms are on the smaller side, with typical Japanese unit baths. At night, the street below transforms into a vibrant, neon-lit entertainment district. The location is excellent, very close to Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle, and right by Hisaya-odori Subway Exit 4, just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast on the first floor, though simple, is quite good. The restaurant offers complimentary tea and coffee all day (until 9 PM) and has a microwave. Vending machines are located on the 4th and 11th floors. There's also a self-service laundry. Amenities are available for self-service right next to the elevators on the first floor, facing the front desk. The front desk service was the most 'Showa-era' (old-fashioned, warm, and attentive) hospitality I've ever encountered – incredibly friendly. Perhaps because it was a Saturday, the price I paid seemed to be about double the usual rate. However, overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very conveniently located, close to the live house we were visiting that weekend. The facilities were very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively area of Nagoya, and it was quite noisy outside until late at night. We personally didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and there was no noise from neighboring rooms, but it’s something worth keeping in mind.

The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.
