DDaochuluanbendemiaoThe location right next to Kanayama Station is super convenient for getting around (I prefer it over Nagoya Station and Sakae). However, because of the single-pane windows, even on the 18th floor, you can still hear the train. Luckily, the noise level stays under 40 decibels, so it won't wake you up. There's also a shuttle bus nearby that goes to the Aeon Atsuta store. From the window, you can see an Aeon store, distant snow-capped mountains, and a little figure holding an umbrella on the roof of the building opposite. The twin beds can be pushed together, but there's a bunch of wires and equipment under the nightstand that prevents it from moving completely. This leaves a gap of about 20cm between the bed and the wall at the head, which is fine for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The mattress is a Simmons, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on, though the pillows are a bit too narrow. The bathroom looks a little older than it actually is, but it's perfectly functional.

GGuest UserAlthough this room wasn't as big as the one we booked previously, it had everything we needed in a compact space. The location was super convenient too. Since we drove, the front desk gave us a 500 yen parking voucher daily, which covered part of the parking fee. It works for three nearby parking lots, so just make sure you park in the right one – that was a pleasant surprise! Also, remember to book the salt bath and sauna in advance. Plus, there's a shopping street right nearby, making it easy to grab a bite.
GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.
GGuest UserThe room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

GGuest UserRoom is pretty standard, and I like the facilities on the first floor like drink vending machine and microwave oven. The onsen is a huge plus and comes with refa hair dryer. However I find the location slightly far (by my standards), about 10-15mins walk away from train/bus station.

DDoudoulaodouNot too far from JR Station, and there's an underground passage (Exit 10) right next to the hotel that leads directly to the Higashiyama subway line, JR Station, and Meitetsu Station. However, there are no escalators, which makes it inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. If you walk above ground to the stations, you have to cross two traffic lights, which can be a rush if you're in a hurry, as the lights take quite a while. The location isn't as convenient as the Marriott, but the stay was still comfortable.

MMarch LeoOverall, the Nagoya Nishiki Urban Hotel offers great value for money. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies are also very nice. It's a real shame that the shower head in the bathroom has been changed; the old one was so comfortable with many modes, but this new replacement is very basic. The same goes for the air purifier; the old one had a large water tank that lasted several nights, but I'm not a fan of the current one, which isn't enough for Japan's dry weather. However, after staying here for several days, I still feel that the hotel is excellent. 👍

KKC TsueiStation Ai is located one stop from JR Kanayama Station, accessible via Chubu Centrair International Airport.
It's about a 5-minute walk from Tsurumai Subway Station and JR Station, providing convenient access to Nagoya Station, Sakae Station, and Nagoya Castle.
Tsurumai Park is right outside the station, perfect for a stroll.
The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped, with a separate toilet and bathroom.
The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom, making it unsuitable for a soak after a long day of sightseeing; also, the TV only supported online streaming and did not receive local channels.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya.
RR4TEDRIt’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well.
View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light.
There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

GGuest UserI'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi.
The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station.
The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent.
To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism.
Good enough as a business hotel.
