Find 4-Star Hotels in Nagoya

The location right next to Kanayama Station is super convenient for getting around (I prefer it over Nagoya Station and Sakae). However, because of the single-pane windows, even on the 18th floor, you can still hear the train. Luckily, the noise level stays under 40 decibels, so it won't wake you up. There's also a shuttle bus nearby that goes to the Aeon Atsuta store. From the window, you can see an Aeon store, distant snow-capped mountains, and a little figure holding an umbrella on the roof of the building opposite. The twin beds can be pushed together, but there's a bunch of wires and equipment under the nightstand that prevents it from moving completely. This leaves a gap of about 20cm between the bed and the wall at the head, which is fine for a family of three to sleep comfortably. The mattress is a Simmons, and it's quite comfortable to sleep on, though the pillows are a bit too narrow. The bathroom looks a little older than it actually is, but it's perfectly functional.

The facilities were a bit basic, plainer than I expected for a park hotel. The toiletries were quite simple. We booked the King theme, which was 200 yuan cheaper than the Pirate theme, but they felt pretty similar, with the same room layout and everything. The bunk beds were very narrow, only suitable for children under 10. No one informed us about the treasure hunt, and we almost missed it. There are very few dining and shopping options nearby, and even the vending machine items were much more expensive than in the city. Not great value for money. The kids loved it, though.

I was traveling around Nagoya and didn't want to switch rooms, so I stayed for 5 consecutive nights. The hotel's location is excellent. From the airport, take the Meitetsu line to Nagoya Station. After exiting the station, follow the signs for subway exits 1, 9, and 10 through the underground passage. Once you exit from exit 1, it's about a 10-minute walk to the hotel (if you have large luggage, avoid exit 1 as there's no elevator). The front desk staff were all very good, and the room was generally clean and tidy. However, if you're staying multiple nights and want daily cleaning, you need to inform the front desk in advance; otherwise, they only change towels by default. Also, the hotel breakfast was the same every day, which can get boring if you stay for many days.

Asked for a room, got the exact opposite of what I requested. High floor away from lift. So they gave me almost the lowest floor, literally next to the lifts. I booked months in advance, too. The lift itself isn't noisy, but obviously guests are. And sadly these guests were Japanese locals. A family who clearly had zero control over their children. Other problems, the onsen has no cold bath, all three baths are the same temperature, and the reclining bath has no purpose except to allow you to lie down. Plus seeing someone the member of a certain family covered in tattoos is a little frightening for my son. All this despite the signs stating no tattoos. Location is great for metro lines and for the IG Arena, if that's the reason for your visit. I would also appreciate the same manners in English that the staff provide local Japanese. Especially if the staff is already fluent in English. We too have polite ways of speaking to customers.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, with a car park right next to it. I appreciate the 500 yen parking voucher provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all our questions. The hotel offers a bedrock bath and sauna for one complimentary use, but unfortunately, the times I wanted were fully booked, so I recommend booking early. The front desk also offers a variety of amenities, including skincare products and children's body wash, which is very comprehensive. The room design is excellent! It has all sorts of facilities, and it's very convenient for storing belongings. The toilet has a heater, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, and water purifier. The room's design concept is perfect for families, with enough space to accommodate two large suitcases.

The hotel building itself was magnificent, and once we entered our room, we were absolutely delighted by how clean and pristine it was – it truly made our trip! We stayed as two families, and there were plenty of beds and towels, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service was excellent, and having restaurants and a Family Mart on the first floor was incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We were so satisfied that we'd definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Nagoya! The amenities were comprehensive, except for toothbrushes, and the hairdryer had a strong airflow, which made drying our hair very easy. Thank you!

Great location, just a short walk from the JR station if you take the street-level exit. The room was a bit small and compact, but very clean. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the service was warm and friendly. They have a public onsen that's open until 2 AM, which is very convenient. For the women's onsen, you get an extra white key card, which adds to safety and privacy.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complimentary toiletries were of excellent quality, and we appreciated being able to choose them ourselves. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to grab a bite even late at night. We were disappointed that we couldn't store our luggage for two days after checking out, but we understand their policy.

The room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.
