Excellent location situated next to the Nagoya Station (JR) line and opposite to the Meitetsu Nagoya Station. Nagoya station is peppered with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, convenient stores and you can find Takashimaya store too. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. Everything works to a T In Marriott. I can’t ask for more

The hotel is a bit old, the washroom is traditional and quite dark,and the bath tub is a bit stinky. The room is equipped with 3 beds but one of it is sofa bed, folding one, so the quality is not good and O tell the staff to take it away at the end. The service is good though, staff will come and clean up and bed and empty the garbage bin daily. I drive this time, parking is 1200yen per night, which is reasonable.

Great hotel. We booked with the breakfast option. Best breakfast buffet around with several American & Japanese items. We had a room with 2 twin beds. Beds were much wider than U.S. twin beds and could easily sleep 2 little kids. Room also had couch, table, 2 LR type chairs, drawers for clothes, safe, coffee/tea, hair dryer, robes, shampoo, conditioner & soap. Bathroom had packaged combs, razor, toothbrushes & other toiletries. Hotel was located next to train station so it was easy to get around. We could not hear trains or traffic. If you go through the train station and turn left, there is an outdoor shopping mall with several restaurants. We ate there as the hotel was expensive for lunch/dinner.

Convenient location with max 10-minute access to the JR or metro station or the bus center. Convenience stores and drug stores nearby. Great concierge service to help arrange my room upgrade. The restaurant on the lobby floor is also excellent (appreciate that they do have translations for their dinner dishes). Yet, guests may have to wait for a little while for breakfast. The two downsides are that there are only two washing machines (1 eventually broke down on my first day) and there is no online tracking or update of the usage (so guests would have to guess and calculate when to use the service). And the breakfast selection is a bit dull since I guess they are all the same every day.

Hotel is new and modern. The lobby looks great with big windows and the night view is nice. But this is probably the only good part in my opinion. In the room, the setting of the bed is strange because the pillows basically are put on the raised surface of the timber. Not recommended for children coz what if the children lie down on the pillow without being so careful? very easy to bump the head and if worse, got hurt. And one side of the wall in the room is like got dark ink, forgive me if i'm not very artistic. Overall, it was not a good choice in our whole trip. As a regular traveler with a young kid, i figured hotels not managed by big cooperation have problems like this: not very considerate.

However, I liked the fact that the hotel here was completely separated from the entrance of 1F from the guests, the wedding facilities and the conductor. It is difficult to see the drunken guests in the hotel lobby after the reception, and the guests may be able to stay quiet and calm. The design of the guest rooms is not glaring, which is often found in hotels with wedding halls, and is a calm and luxurious interior. That point is different from a certain wedding vendor hotel operated in Hachiji and Sasashima. Room Amenity is of high quality. Recently, due to the SDGs, bottle-type shampoos are installed at Ritz-Carlton, but this one uses individual packaging types. It is a branded product with a good scent, so I like it because it can be taken home as a memory of the trip and used at home. The dryer is a repronizer. Free drinks included bottled mineral water for 1 person 2 bottles, Nespresso and hotel original blend tea packs. The bedside B&O waterproof speaker can also be taken to the bath and the sound quality is very good. It was a city side room on the east side, but on the contrary, there was no skyscraper, so I was able to get up comfortably by taking a lot of Asahi. The park side on the Hisaya Odori side where you can see the TV tower seems to be higher in the room fee, but personally the city side is recommended. Fitness You can exercise comfortably while looking at Hisaya Odori, and there are fruits and drinks in the rest area, so you can take them freely. Wear and shoes are also lent for free, so you can easily visit during the gap time. The large communal bath and sauna are equipped with bottles of shampoos of the same brand as the guest rooms. The hair dryer is Dyson. I thought I would bring my luggage at least later, because there were not many rooms and it was not a crowded day. Also, there are many things that are difficult to understand for the latest rooms, so I think it's better to have them come to the room and explain them all. This spring, the Royal Park Hotel in Chunichi Building, and in 2026, the number of luxury hotels in Conrad and Sakae will increase at once. Great location (we drove), nice restaurants nearby and the breakfast was awesome. Love the variety of food. Room size is perfect and we had a great time at Hilton Nagoya

It was used by 4 family members in August 2022. We stayed in two rooms with a suite and a connection door in the next room using an upgrade point as a Marriott Titanium member. I made a reservation and stayed at the parking lot because I needed a reservation in advance, but there were many coin parking nearby 々, so if you park only in the morning ～ at night, I wonder if it was cheaper. There were many one-way streets in the neighborhood. The room was very comfortable because it was new, and the bath and toilet were independent and very easy to use. The coffee machine was also Nespresso. The suite was a closet and an independent space, and it was easy to spread luggage and was saved. There weren't many types of breakfast and it was about ＋α at a business hotel, but it was delicious. It was convenient because there were Donki and convenience stores nearby, but it was also called a business area, and there were almost no restaurants on Sunday night, so I was wondering where to have dinner with my family. We were able to spend time without any particular discomfort due to the response of employees like the other 々 said. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Very good location but the hotel is a bit old hence some of the amenities are either broken or not working. We booked four rooms, two of which had a very strong smoking smell even though we’re staying on the non smoking floor. We were hoping to have a drink or two at their sky lounge but sadly it was closed on Sundays and public holidays which is a bit weird.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.
