The staff usually works from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (sometimes they are absent), and you can also contact the cleaning staff in the morning. Although it was spring, the weather was still a little chilly, so I was able to sleep comfortably thanks to the comfortable mattress, pillow that supported my head well, and warm blanket. You can use a personal locker during your stay, and you can eat in the shared kitchen and common area on the first floor and chat with fellow travelers. The internet speed was also pretty good, so I was able to work on the computer in the morning without any problems. The area around the guesthouse is very quiet and is a residential area for locals, so it wasn't too noisy at night. Location: it's near the metro station, quite convenient. But that place is a bit sketchy since there is a 18+ book/av store right next to it. (Also some sketchy bar girls advertisements nearby) Cleanliness: quite clean and tidy Service: water machine provides tea as well!! There r some comic books available. English well spoken. Locker is free but you have to pay deposit 1000 yen. Just ask for it if you need.

The hotel is a little bit away from the train station but within manageable distance. Room is understandably small but also manageable.
