Guest UserThis hotel is a solid option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay near Nagoya Station at a reasonable price. The room is small but well-equipped with essentials like slippers, pyjamas, a hairdryer, and a water boiler. While bottled water isn’t provided, it’s convenient to purchase from the nearby Seven Eleven or Aeon store.
One of the best aspects is the peaceful environment. Unlike some modern hotels with thin walls, this one has good soundproofing, and the sliding door adds extra noise isolation. The air conditioning is individually controlled, making it easy to adjust the temperature precisely.
The hotel itself looks quite new and is kept very clean. I had a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and professional, with one gentleman at the front desk standing out for his attentive service and clear explanations of the facilities.
Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk from Nagoya Station, though there is no covered walkway. The neighborhood feels safe, and there are plenty of dining options at the station. Some guests mentioned concerns about the curtain, but I found it adequate for blocking sunlight.
Would recommend for short stays in Nagoya!

Guest UserThe room has tatami mats, the public bathroom has a bathtub, the water is very clean, and the washing area and public toilet are also very clean. It's about a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a convenience store nearby.

Guest UserI stayed here to attend a year-end party and do some end-of-year shopping at a department store.
It's conveniently located about a 3-minute walk from Matsuzakaya. It's in the downtown area but it was quiet at night.
The Meitetsu Kyosho Parking diagonally in front of the hotel is an affiliated parking lot and can be used for 1,300 yen per night.
It seems that you can't reserve the parking lot, but it's a multi-story parking lot that can accommodate a large number of cars.
After checking in, I did some shopping at Matsuzakaya for about 10,000 yen, and when I showed my parking ticket at the information desk I was given two 30-minute service tickets, so the bill the next day was 1,060 yen.

The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. It was my first time staying at a motel in Japan, and I wasn't familiar with the procedures. When I got to the front desk, there wasn't a single staff member, which I understand, as motels are usually quite secluded. However, the front desk didn't provide any instructions on how to check in. I wandered around for a while before finally finding a phone next to the machine in the exit corridor (since the entry and exit corridors are separate). I tried calling it, and thankfully someone answered immediately. I told them I was there to check in, and someone quickly came to help me… This was a great experience, and I'm so glad I found that phone; otherwise, I don't know how long I would have had to wait to check in…

WangqinglengyuyeThe service in Japan is impeccable. The facilities are a bit dated, but the room layout is reasonably reasonable. The location is in a bustling area with many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from Don Quijote and Sakae subway stations.

Guest UserLocation: Very convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Meitetsu Higashi Betsuin Station. Including one transfer at Kanayama Station, it's a convenient location with access to Nagoya Station in about 10 minutes.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel smelled bad, likely due to renovations. The room was generally clean, but there were brown stains on the pillows.
Service: The room hadn't been cleaned by check-out time, so we had to wait about 10 minutes.
Facilities: Due to renovations, there were no vending machines, so we had to go to a nearby convenience store to buy groceries.

Location is near the train station. You can hear the train passing by but it's okay. No smoking area. For the price the place is okay.

It's very good hotel with friendly welcome from the uncle owner. There are vending machine for beverage and beer inside. Also have Microwave and pot for boiled water.

U-RIKAThere are few non-smoking rooms, but the smell doesn't bother me so much. The woman who responded to the phone at the front desk was very good, but I think the man at the front desk was not very good. However, seven eleven is also convenient in front of the station.

I used it for the purpose of front riding for the test.
I chose the price because it is cheaper than other hotels in Nagoya.
I was worried if I could make a reservation, but I was able to stay without problems.
The facilities were equipped with the minimum items to stay.
