Check Nagoya Hotels with Hot Tub

I stayed with my 13-year-old daughter. Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Everything is so good but the staff hotel is not good he is too rough i never think before i will see the bad staff in japan i go japan a lot and stay many hotel in japan situation is when i ask him what is his name i want to complaint he follow me and my friend to the elevator touch my bag and said if you want to complaint me you need to go out of this hotel lollll so rough he is maneger staff i will go back to this hotel anymore

Got issues with check-in at the front desk. Took a while to got it resolved. The front desk staff was polite but not very helpful in solving problems nor offering any solutions to solve your issues. Very convenient location. The hotel is located in the CBD and is close to the train station and other malls. Room is tiny with a queen bed. Nice and clean. But there is no room cleaning service. There’s a flying bug(mosquito?) at night but this should just be an isolated incident.

The hotel location was really nice and comfortable. I could get the subway rightaway needless to go outside. Also the employees were really kind. I wish to visit here again.

We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier from May 17th to May 20th, 2024, in a moderate double room, and had a wonderful experience. Location and Accessibility: Perfectly located in central Nagoya, the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport. Room: The moderate double room was stylish, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the aircon in the room was not cold, the hotel had to provide us a portable fan and we have to open the window slightly to let the cool air in. I would have rated the facilities to be 5 stars if the aircon is cool enough. Service and Facilities: The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi were excellent. We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Great value for the price. Booked for family of 2 adults and 2 kids and Includes breakfast buffet at a cafe like restaurant called Ally’s. Room is rather big for a business hotel and very sheltered all the way to the station - just go down B1 from the office building beside Lawson. Clean and relatively new. Would recommend and go again!

Well, it wasn’t that cheap, but for budget travellers like me and my husband, staying at Hotel JAL City was a relaxing way to end our trip. We specifically chose a hotel after days of staying at guesthouses and airbnbs as we travelled from Tokyo to Hakuba to Magome and finally Nagoya. We only spent a night here, and we wished it was more! From the train station, it was a 10-15-minute walk to the hotel. We were tired but Nagoya at night was beautiful, so it was fine. It was a bit far from the restaurants, although there was a nearby tax-free grocery store that we took advantage of before we left. The size of the room was decent for a couple, the double bed was big enough and comfortable, and the linens were fresh-smelling and very clean. The closet was spacious enough for all our stuff. The room was basic, and the desk and chair could only be used by one person at a time (we had to bring work, ugh). The bathroom, I loved! It had two areas: the toilet with the sink and mirror and the shower area, which included a separate bathtub. Usually the shower head is over the bathtub, but not here. I was able to use the bath soak I got from Muji earlier that day. Complementary stuff like coffee drip, tea, and shampoo were provided in the lobby for guests to grab. They even had this cool gel pad for your tired feet. On the morning of our last day, the front desk allowed us to leave our bags with them so we could go around Nagoya. Our flight was in the evening. They were also helpful when asked for directions. They tried hard to give me the exact directions despite the lack of English. This I really appreciated. Overall, our stay had been great.

This was our 2nd time staying at Prince Hotel and experience was as good as ever! Helpful staff and nice rooms. However, the sink stopper was faulty and my dad's room had cake cream on the fridge's door but were quickly rectified. Near to Nagoya Station and many restaurants too. Will come stay again. The lobby restrooms are a must visit!
