"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Muscat and was thoroughly impressed by the flawless experience. The check-in was seamless, with friendly staff who were attentive and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-designed workspace. The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were pristine and well-maintained. Its convenient location made exploring Muscat a breeze. Every detail was perfect, making my stay truly exceptional. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat!"

"Mercure Muscat – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (3.5/5) The hotel overall was nice — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, a few things brought the experience down: 🚿 Shower temperature was temperamental, switching unpredictably between hot and cold. ❄️ AC in the room was inconsistent, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. 🏊 Swimming pool turned green on the final day, which was disappointing and didn’t feel hygienic. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could be a much better stay."

"This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. The hotel is a new property, very clean and in a convenient location near the Mall of Oman. We wanted to be close to the U.S. embassy. The management and staff are super nice and helpful. From start to finish. Restaurant staff are also super nice. We had breakfast every day, and it was sufficient. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a trip personal or business."

"This was a great hotel APART from the very strong air freshener used inside the rooms, which was so strong I could taste it in my mouth! The kind hotel actually used the ozone machine to suck the air out of a room for me but it hardly made any difference. I stayed over a week and it took about 4 days for the smell to wear off. I would suggest not using such an overpowering smell in the rooms as surely it must be uncomfortable for many guests. But the food was great, staff were great, rooftop and pool -- I would certainly recommend if you don't mind very intense air freshener!"

"From checking in to checking out it was faultless. Brilliant hotel, great facilities, great food and awesome customer service! Room was perfect Gym was perfect Pool was perfect Breakfast was amazing Coffee bar/ reception area and outside sitting area fantastic. Also 2 fantastic restaurants outside but attached to the hotel and 4 brilliant coffee shops one of which is a Starbucks and the only one I didn’t visit. Without doubt I’d stay here again. 10/10 especially for what I paid."

"We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience. Breakfast number one"

From the moment I approached her she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. She is attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my every need with professionalism and poise. What truly impressed me, was her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. She took the time to listen to my requests, offered personalized recommendations, and even followed up with me to ensure that everything was to my liking. Ms. Beena is a true asset to your team, and her exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me. She embody the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with her. For cleanliness i rated it 4 coz maybe the housekeeping missed to change cover for 1 pillow, there are 4 pillows in the room however theres 1 that smells used and have a little stain on it already. Aside from it generally the hotel is clean and tidy. Location: No nearby/walking distance shops, stores, restaurants or mall. Amenities: all standards are available"
