Mercure Muscat

nice and clean hotel, it looks modern and recently opened in 2024, the location is perfect in front of 2 big malls Grand and Avenues mall (walking distance) and near to Mall of Oman, Airport and Sultan Qaboos Mosque, It is almost near to most of the attractions by car. The staff especially in the restaurant is welcoming and friendly, the room service was ok ,sometimes they forgot to put towels and water but overall the room was clean, I totally recommend it, it is value of money

Stayed two nights and it was a solid, comfortable choice. The room was spotless and had a really pleasant fresh scent — you can tell housekeeping takes it seriously. Everything was well maintained and ready on arrival. The location is excellent, easy to get around from . For a short stay, it did everything right. Would happily book again.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also good, two malls and different restaurants were close by. Overall, had a great experience with the hotel.

Room is very big! I think its a good deal for that price! The cleanliness is top notch. The housekeeper even made us the cute towel decoration! My kids are overwhelmed.
