"5⭐️for the service as I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Beena at the front desk, and I must say, she truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I approached her she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that immediately made me feel welcome. She is attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing my every need with professionalism and poise. What truly impressed me, was her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. She took the time to listen to my requests, offered personalized recommendations, and even followed up with me to ensure that everything was to my liking. Ms. Beena is a true asset to your team, and her exceptional service has left a lasting impression on me. She embody the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to interact with her. For cleanliness i rated it 4 coz maybe the housekeeping missed to change cover for 1 pillow, there are 4 pillows in the room however theres 1 that smells used and have a little stain on it already. Aside from it generally the hotel is clean and tidy. Location: No nearby/walking distance shops, stores, restaurants or mall. Amenities: all standards are available"

"Location is in a good neighborhood, you can cook and the room is spacious. Suitable for long stays. However for me, there are better hotels to stay at in the same price range. Encountered a problem multiple times with the door lock, overall it's ok. The wifi is also good."

"Mercure Muscat – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (3.5/5) The hotel overall was nice — clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, a few things brought the experience down: 🚿 Shower temperature was temperamental, switching unpredictably between hot and cold. ❄️ AC in the room was inconsistent, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times. 🏊 Swimming pool turned green on the final day, which was disappointing and didn’t feel hygienic. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could be a much better stay."

"One of my favorite hotels in Oman, the location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Oman avenues mall. There is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby that also suits Chinese tastes, but you need to pass through a noisy area."

"This was the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel. The hotel is a new property, very clean and in a convenient location near the Mall of Oman. We wanted to be close to the U.S. embassy. The management and staff are super nice and helpful. From start to finish. Restaurant staff are also super nice. We had breakfast every day, and it was sufficient. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a trip personal or business."

"Decent clean functional hotel, extremely businesslike, everything as it should be but staff were very aloof and unhelpful, when I asked the receptionist to help me with a taxi she walked away, when I asked her colleague he refused and told me to use the ripoff opportunist taxi drivers that were constantly loitering in the lobby and change extortionate prices, customer care non existent but am absolutely fine hotel otherwise"

"We had booked a room for 2 nights with swimming pool view to finish our 15-day periphery in Oman. The young employee offered us a room with street view at our arrival. He was informed and this error was repaired immediately. Beautiful pool where you can really swimming, excellent breakfast, comfortable bedroom, beautiful beach nearby and excellent service of ”car Wash” at the nearby shell station to return our rent vehicles before returning to the grisall The hotel is a very nice hotel for the most important place to stay in the city."
