The front desk said that all standard rooms in the hotel were like this, and their attitude was a bit impatient. In the bathroom, the switch has three buttons, but one is broken. "The water was cut off upon check-in without prior notice. There was a strong smell of cheap building materials. The building has several floors, with dozens of rooms per floor but only one elevator. The last room is about 70-80 meters from the elevator. It's next to the road, so it's noisy at night. They charge a 300 yuan deposit for a room that costs around 100 yuan. Check-out is at 12:00, and they deduct money for being even a few minutes late—40 yuan for each hour. Avoid this place!"

"The room's air conditioning wasn't working well, but the front desk staff were very considerate and helped me get an electric heater. The service from the staff member deserves full marks. I booked several days, but because the facilities were so poor, I changed my reservation to check out the next day. The hotel refused to cancel the reservation, so I give the hotel service zero marks. In the end, thanks to the platform's help, I was able to get a refund, so I give the platform service full marks."
