KKrystenelleI must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie.
As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage.
I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth.
The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults.
Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning.
One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience.
In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!

GGuest UserBefore coming here, I read a lot of reviews about Xuexiang online, especially the controversial accommodation, but I think staying at Xue Mushroom in Xuexiang this time is the right decision. The warm, enthusiastic and sincere boss lady and service guy make me feel at home. The hotel is in a good location, and there is a disco square outside. The room is neither big nor small. We booked a double experience room with a kang and a bed, which is very suitable for sleeping with babies. I especially recommend the hotel restaurant, which is particularly authentic Northeastern cuisine, with sufficient portions, fresh ingredients and moderate prices. Compared with other places outside that are easy to step on, we chose to solve both meals in the hotel restaurant, and every dish is delicious! There is also the scenery of Xuexiang, whether it is day or night, it is really as beautiful and healing as a fairy tale world. The only thing is that there are too many people in Xuexiang at night and it is too commercial. During the day, especially in the morning, Xuexiang Street is more suitable for strolling.

First, let's talk about the windows. They're quite nice, with two large windows. In the morning, I'd open the curtains and the light was so bright and comfortable. In the evening, I could sit by the window and gaze out into the distance – it was much better than being cooped up in the house.
And then there's the food. The home-cooked dishes were incredibly fragrant and really good. I was just pressed for time and didn't get to try the iron pot stew. I'll definitely try it next time.
Overall, it was a great stay here. I'd definitely stay here again!

Ttxh.1556Get off the car at the entrance. The accommodation is in an alley on the right. Walk to the end of the alley. It’s not hard to find, but the service isn’t very good. It seems more suitable for Chinese people, not really for foreigners. When asking for help or inquiring about anything, it seems like they don’t want to talk or give advice, even though we can speak Chinese. We chose a room for 4 people, but only got 2 bottles of water and 2 large and 2 small towels. When we went to ask for more, they said that the room we booked was for 2 people. But when checking in, they didn’t inform us or tell us anything more. We looked at the details before booking. The details clearly stated a room for 4 people, choosing 4 breakfasts for 4 adults, not specifying children. We traveled with 4 adults. Other places have booked both 2-person and 4-person rooms, which are normal, giving water and towels according to the number of people. I didn’t see it like this at all. I admit that the facilities are quite good, but overall it’s not okay. The bathroom does have separate wet and dry zones, but the shower room is very small and there’s no place to hang clothes. P.S. If you don’t want to accept foreigners, please specify or close the booking for foreigners so that we can serve only Chinese people. Thank you.

EElizabeth YapI love this hotel as it looks new and modern after the refurbishment as well as the room is well equipment. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful for everything. The most important one is there is a cafe just inside the hotel itself which we can enjoy a cup of coffee whenever we want! Well, I will stay this hotel again when visiting China Snow Town next time.

CCoco LaiThe hotel's location is excellent. A staff member was waiting for us at the station upon arrival to escort us to the hotel, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel offers paid transfers and can also assist with arranging various excursions and activities (at an additional cost). The staff were always incredibly helpful with any queries or needs. Hot water for showers can be a bit limited, especially if multiple people are using it; you might need to conserve it or wait for it to reheat. However, even with four of us, careful usage was manageable.
The breakfast was simple yet delicious and not greasy, featuring items like white and wheat porridge, dumplings, boiled eggs, stir-fried potatoes, tofu, Youtiao (Chinese crullers), bread, steamed buns, chicken strips, various toppings for porridge, and hot soy milk.
If you inform the hotel staff of your intended destinations in advance, they can assist with planning and arrangements. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the space was generous. Housekeeping was done daily.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

There are also large flowered cotton jackets for taking pictures. It is not in the area of Xueyun Street. The surrounding snow is very thick, which is very suitable for taking pictures quietly. After arriving at the scenic area bus station, we contacted the hotel to help us take our luggage to the hotel. The house is thin and it will be a bit noisy when encountering noisy tourists.
