Cleanliness: The room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable. The bedding was clean and reassuring, making for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Service: The owner was incredibly warm and attentive, providing thorough and thoughtful service throughout. Not only did they recommend excellent sightseeing routes, but they also offered practical guides, ensuring a stress-free trip. Amenities: The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including towels, bath towels, and slippers, providing an excellent experience. Environment: The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient access to transportation. The overall environment is comfortable and pleasant, clean and hygienic. Coupled with the attentive service, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Staying a night in Hengdaohezi was absolutely the right decision; it was the most enjoyable night we had during our Harbin trip. We could have a bonfire, set off fireworks, build a snowman, and more in the yard. The guesthouse was clean, with heating throughout, and smart toilets. The owner was warm and genuinely hospitable, always ready to help with any request. Highly recommend! And a special shout-out to the owner's daughter – super cute and polite! 💞

I really like this B&B, it's in a quiet place by the river. Although it is a little far away from the main attractions at the train station and takes more than 10 minutes to walk, I like the walk along the river very much. The interior design of the B&B is also great, especially suitable for children to play. There are slides, you can watch rabbits and chickens, and you can also dig in the sand. The room is not big, but quite cozy.

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

The room is clean, but there is a cold wind coming in through the window. Please give the boss another quilt. I will sleep until dawn. Although it is on the first floor, it is very quiet at night. It will not be noisy to rest. It is next to Jingbo Lake, but it is recommended that you still drive to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is still some road to walk inside, so it would be better if you can walk less

The hotel is great, with a good location near the central square and Qingyun Supermarket, making life very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, a clean environment, and is not far from major attractions, making it an ideal choice for business travelers!

I'm the first Thai person to review this place! 😆 The accommodation is located in Snow Town village. You can take a bus from the front of the village. When you get off, you'll see a stone sign (like in the picture) – turn left there. Walk towards the side that isn't the walking street. You can use Amap to guide you; it's just a short walk to the accommodation. The room was clean and exactly as pictured. It's a shame the bathroom was a bit small. Free breakfast is included, with rice porridge, eggs, small sausages, and side dishes. You can refill as much as you like if you're still hungry.

Много путешествую по Китаю, Неоднократно бывал в городе Дуннин, в очередную поездку решил попробовать этот отель, из-за высокого уровня рейтинга, указанного на сайте. Впервые за 10 лет посещения разных городов Китая, в том числе и города Дуннин встретил такое количество недостатков в одном месте. Из достоинств - это расположение в районе автовокзала (3-5 мину), приветливые доброжелательные сотрудники, относительно свежий ремонт в санузле. Но дальше начинается огромный список недостатков. 1. Первое с чем столкнулся - это с отсутствием не только лифта, но и специального пандуса, по которому можно катить чемодан, а номер оказался на самом верхнем , фактически четвёртом этаже. Но к этому недостатку отнёсся с” с пониманием”. 2. В номере отсутствуют большие полотенца. Благо, что рядом много разных магазинов и можно было купить полотенца использования после душа. И к этому недостатку отнёсся с” с пониманием”. 3. В номере не оказалось пульта от телевизора. Когда обратился к персоналу, то мне вежливо и с улыбкой объяснили, что ” и так нормально”, т.е. после просмотра телевизора вечером, что бы выключить телевизор нужно было вставать и нажимать кнопку на корпусе телевизора. И к этому недостаткам я отнёсся ” с пониманием”. 4. Когда бронировал номер я указал, что нужен тихий номер. Но оказалось, что окна номера выходили на улицу, где рядом располагался летняя площадка одного из ресторанов, где до позднего вечера были посетители, которые громко общались и поэтому пришлось плотно закрывать окна и пользоваться кондиционером, который так же создавал свой уровень шума. 5. Когда стал принимать душ, вода не сливалась в сливное отверстия а равномерно распределялась по всему полу. получалась большая лужа , мешающая подходу к унитазу и умывальнику. Пришлось самостоятельно убирать воду с помощью щётки для унитаза. 6. Когда я поинтересовался завтраком, который был указан ”по желанию”, мне показали дверь соседнего ресторана. Мне и раньше встречались отели , где для завтрака нужно было выйти из гостиницы и пройти в соседней ресторан. Но на странице отеля было заявлено, что стандартный завтрак от 12 баней, но по факту оказалось , что минимальный стандартный китайский завтрак стоит от 20 юаней. Получается обман посетителей. 7. Ночью выяснилось, что между номерами очень плохая звукоизоляция. Среди ночи постоянно просыпался не только от звука использования ванной комнаты в соседних номерах, но и разговора посетителей соседних номеров на обычной громкости (люди не кричали, не ругались, просто разговаривали, но их было очень хорошо слышно) 8. Курение допускается не только в номерах, но и в общественных местах, таких как стойка регистрации и единственная лестница в гостинице, что создаёт серьёзные неудобства некурящим посетителям. Вывод. Совсем низкую оценку гостинице ставить не буду, надеюсь, что моё сообщение даст возможность устранить эти недостатки, но пока рекомендовать такую гостиницу друзьям и знакомым не могу.
