__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

__WeChat379441****I rarely review hotels, but I have to commend Zhou Zhanggui Inn this time. After I booked, the owner called us to explain how to get there, which matched my online research. When we arrived at Yabuli West by high-speed speed train, the driver arranged by the owner was already waiting for us. He warmly helped us with our luggage and made sure the car was warm enough for us. The inn's decor truly captured my heart; it reminded me of houses I saw when I was very young, with cozy kang beds and colorful walls. You could even read a newspaper just by looking up! I spent over an hour just taking photos in the room, I just loved it more and more. We had asked the owner to buy fireworks for us in advance, and in the evening, my family and I set them off together, just like celebrating the New Year. It was a truly unforgettable trip, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserI booked for one night, and only realized in the evening when checking my emails that the owner had been checking in on me all along. I felt really bad for not replying.
My kids were playing in the snow outside, and the owner treated us to breakfast and a free experience of throwing hot water into the air to watch it freeze – it was great.
The only minor drawbacks were the very transparent glass door of the toilet, which basically allowed you to see anyone inside. Not everyone in my family was comfortable with that. Also, the hot water supply was insufficient. If one person showered for two minutes, it was fine, but if someone took longer than 10 minutes, the next person would have to wait 20 minutes for hot water.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located not far from Snow Town and provides a shuttle bus service. On the return trip from the Snow Village, the owner clearly informs guests of the pickup point and the vehicle license plate, which is very reassuring.
The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and communication via WeChat is easy at any time. They also helped arrange a private car to Yabuli Railway Station at a reasonable price.
The hotel is very new. Both the room and bathroom are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offers meals, and the food was very delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

MM457790****The best decision we made on this trip to Snow Town was choosing this guesthouse! As soon as we arrived at the scenic area entrance, the owner was there with a smile to pick us up. Without a word, he effortlessly carried our large suitcases, and that warm, hearty Northeastern hospitality instantly chased away the winter chill. The guesthouse's location is absolutely perfect – just a 2-minute walk to Xueyun Street, so we could pop back to warm up whenever we got tired from exploring. It’s nestled in a quiet spot yet close to all the action, which was incredibly thoughtful. At night, there was no noise from the street, just the gentle whisper of snowflakes outside the window. As soon as we stepped inside, we were enveloped in warmth. The room was spotlessly clean, with an private bathroom, 24-hour hot water, and free WiFi – everything you could ask for. Even the toiletries showed careful attention to detail, and the owner had thoughtfully provided a humidifier, making for an immersive experience of Northeastern folk culture.

AAnonymous UserThe location is good but the sign board of the hotel was not clearly visible so it’s easily to miss out. The Kang bedroom was very cold as the heater was not controllable and not warmth. The TV wasn’t working and was told that there’s a technical issue with the missing signal card. There’s no separation of dry and wet area in the toilet and the whole toilet will get wet when one shower plus the drainage was so poor till the floor stay flooded the entire night. Breakfast was below average like plain steamed bun with no fillings, plain porridge with salted pickles, hard boiled eggs and oily sweet pastry like the ********* Sun Biscuits alike.

JJueshi111The room is clean and sanitary. You don’t have to go out to eat in the lobby. It’s very convenient to have a free shuttle bus to scenic spots. There are also free large flowered jackets for taking pictures. Firecrackers are also prepared for you first. Real one-stop service for visiting Xuexiang. Staying here saves worry and effort, it’s highly recommended.

I originally booked a single room, but she upgraded me as soon as a bigger room became available. Wishing her great success in the new year! Cleanliness: All the bedsheets and duvet covers were disposable, which I absolutely loved. Dining: They have a restaurant, but there was a long queue in the evening, so we didn't get to eat there. However, breakfast was excellent, I especially enjoyed the shredded pork congee and the corn!

It was also super convenient for strolling along Xueyun Street. The triple kàng (heated bed) had plenty of space for three people; we weren't cramped at all.

GGuest UserSnow Town is great. It doesn't snow in the south. I was so excited to see snow for the first time. Who said that Snow Town is not fun? It's so beautiful and has a great tourist atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and has sufficient heating. It's very convenient to eat along the way. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. He helped with the luggage and gave me frozen persimmons. They were super delicious. The pick-up service is also very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. Snow Town is worth the trouble to play. I will stay here next time I come to play.
