Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. AAnonymous UserThe staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

GGuest UserThe hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. This time, I had the concierge book a private car from Yabuli to Snow Town and tickets to Dahaozi Mountain, which was a great deal. Because I had a bad experience in Yabuli, I was quite worried coming here, but the hotel didn't disappoint us in the end. Everything was thoughtful, and they even upgraded our room during check-in. The room was very clean, and the location was pretty good too. The hotel also has a restaurant that's cheaper than the other grubby little places in Snow Town, though you might not know about it if you're not staying here, haha. Overall, if you're coming to Snow Town, I highly recommend this hotel.

VVenus Leong 18We were so lucky to find such a wonderful hotel on our first trip to Snow Town. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and warm, with plenty of hot water, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the owner and staff were. They patiently explained sightseeing routes and were always ready to answer any questions, making us feel completely at ease as first-time visitors. The beautiful snow scenery right outside the window meant every photo looked like a postcard. They even thoughtfully reminded us about staying warm, making us feel right at home. Snow Town is beautiful, and this hotel made the entire trip even more perfect—highly recommended! The owner personally taught our family how to 'splash water into ice,' and my child absolutely loved this hotel. What a warm and kind owner, thumbs up! We'll definitely be staying here again next time. It offers great value for money and is a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Snow Town!

Living here, the price is half cheaper, and the comfort of the room is doubled. The room is also very warm, you can wear half-sleeved, for your reference. The food is also very authentic, come to Xuexiang to live here, the store helped arrange the itinerary, recommended!

AAnonymous UserI highly recommend the twin room at the Xueshen Forest Hotel! The room facilities are new, and the layout is well-designed. The huge TV offers an excellent viewing experience, and there's a separate work area, making it very convenient for business travelers. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the natural light and ventilation are top-notch. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Plus, it included complimentary hot spring tickets and tickets to the Fairy Tale Forest, which was a super deal!
