GGuest UserI have to give a good review for this stay. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very friendly, with the generous and open character of the Northeastern people. We arrived late at night and did not have dinner. The boss's wife even cooked for us personally. The boss and his wife are both very simple and kind people, good at talking and optimistic. This hotel in Erlanghe is really recommended for accommodation (¯▽¯)👍

MM492796****The environment here in Snow Town is pretty good, I'd say. The tatami mats aren't too hard, quite comfortable actually. There's a window where you can see the street outside, great for photos. However, at over a thousand a night, I personally feel it's a bit pricey. The room is actually quite small; once you open three suitcases on the floor, there's hardly any space to move around. The owner is really nice; they'll contact you in advance to communicate, and you can ask them anything you need. They'll even come to the shuttle station to pick you up and help with luggage. You have to take the stairs to go up and down in the hotel. The heating is excellent, very warm. Breakfast is included, but coffee is extra, though guests staying here get a discount on coffee.

MM527716****This room was really spacious! There were five of us, and we never felt cramped, whether we were chatting, playing cards, or spreading out our luggage.
The biggest surprise was that it had three different bed types! In the evening, we sat around the *kang* (heated platform bed), snacking on sunflower seeds and frozen pears – the atmosphere was fantastic and lively. The Korean-style heated *tatami* mat was amazing; you could adjust the temperature yourself, and it felt so warm underfoot. When you were tired, you could just lie down on it to rest; it was much more comfortable than air conditioning! There was also a modern double bed with a mattress that was just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep.
The room was spotlessly clean and free of any strange odors. The facilities were all comprehensive, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Choosing this room at Snow Mushroom Hotel earned praise from the whole family. Being able to experience three types of sleeping arrangements in one go offers incredible value for money. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Snow Village!

AAnonymous UserFor my first trip to Northeast China, I booked the 'Autumn Goes Winter Comes' guesthouse in Xuegu sight unseen online. Before our arrival, I had many questions for the owners, and the landlady patiently answered every single one. Upon reaching the guesthouse, we were pleasantly surprised – the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it the best accommodation of our entire trip. The owners and their family were incredibly hospitable; they even taught us how to do the 'splash water into ice' trick, lent us thick cotton coats for memorable photos, and provided excellent sightseeing recommendations. We truly felt a heartwarming, family-like welcome. If we have the opportunity to visit Xuexiang again, we will definitely stay with them!

Thank you for your hospitality; I look forward to visiting again. 🙏 The service was excellent, the price was affordable, and they even upgraded our room for free. They contacted us in advance to let us know where to get off the shuttle bus to the scenic area, and he came to help us with our luggage. The same happened when we left, which was a great experience.

2202671****A very satisfying stay. The accommodation environment in Xuexiang is poor, with the environment of the guest house and the charges of the star hotel. This B&B is located in a village six kilometers away from Xuexiang, with a quiet environment at night. The interior of the room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude of the landlady is very good. We arrived at around 11pm and they were waiting for us. I woke up late the next day and still left breakfast. Thank you so much. The lunch I ordered at the B&B the next day was delicious and clean. The B&B also has a special car to pick up and drop off Xuexiang, and the arrangements are very good. You can choose this restaurant next time you go.

GGuest UserThis is the first time I have written such a serious review. First of all, the hotel proprietress is very enthusiastic and answers questions as they come. After entering the snow village, you can take the scenic bus directly to the hotel according to the location sent by the store. Because the snowy road is very difficult to walk, remember to contact the hotel in advance to send the location. The hotel left the hotel early the next day. The car that the hotel helped to contact got up early to wait for us: they were afraid of wasting our time and were very responsible. Secondly, the hotel's catering chef. The price is compared to the outside, the same dishes are very favorable, and they are very authentic Northeastern dishes. Close your eyes and order. Don't step on thunder~ The room is very clean. Floor-to-ceiling windows. Good view. The bathroom is especially nice with dry and wet separation. This hotel is highly recommended. All aspects are good. We went at the end of the peak season. The price is also very good. It is highly recommended to come to the snow village snow season hotel.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. The receptionist showed us the room before we checked in, and everything was very clean and tidy.
Environment: Excellent location. It's the first hotel after getting off the bus. Two windows in the room offer beautiful views of Xuexiang. It's hard not to love it!
Service: The receptionist was very attentive, patiently answering our questions and helping us with directions. Highly recommended!
Besides, my boyfriend thought the hotel's interior design was excellent. It's mostly solid wood with a clever structural design. If you're visiting Xuexiang, I recommend staying here.

TtinaarWe chose to stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the snow village. It is a very outdated and overpriced hotel. For the premium $400+ I spet I didn't feel it was value for money. It seems the owners do not put their money back into the hotel. The carpet was disgusting, the window sill did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had holes. There was a tissue stuck in the wall. It has aingerjng smoke smell. Some fresh paint and a wipe over would do a lot. We made do because we were really there to see the Snow Village and I am glad we needn't spend much time in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful to my family and I as we do not speak the language. They were able to help us book a return transfer and also an outing for the day. The breakfast was traditional Chinese and the people around us seemed to be enjoying it. The big letdown was the room, it did seem like no money has been put back into the hotel. It could be a very nice place. For the premium price you would think the hotel would have a free luggage service available.
