Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service! We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point. The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

This homestay has a very unique and novel concept, providing my family with an incredibly interesting experience. The space is designed to be chill and quiet. Everyone here is also very friendly and enthusiastic, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the homestay is still quite new and there are a few details that need further improvement, overall my family is very satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend it to friends when they have the chance.

The room was very clean and tidy, with complete and new facilities. The surrounding environment was very quiet, and there were all kinds of restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient to eat. The receptionist spoke Chinese and was very nice, even recommending nearby attractions. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time; I will definitely choose this hotel again. I loved it! ❤️❤️❤️

Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

The homestay features free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private bathroom with a bidet/shower in all units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Guests at Catba Papillon Garden Bungalows & Resort can enjoy an Asian breakfast. There is a shared lounge at the property and cycling is possible nearby. Xuan Dam Beach is 2 km from the property, while Ben Beo Harbour is 7.8 km away. The nearest airport is Cat Bi International Airport, 45 km from Catba Papillon Garden Bungalows & Resort, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Motorbike rental was 100k. There were many places to eat nearby, but breakfast was no longer available recently.

We had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise. Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Clarissa from CANADA.
