GGuest UserThe experience of staying here a month ago was very good, so this time I still prioritized choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, out of the 4-day accommodation, I encountered 2 days of unpleasant experiences. Actually, this hotel's hardware and renovation facilities are top-tier in Hai Phong, which is also the hotel's strength. However, I believe the hotel's core value lies in guests experiencing professional hospitality from service staff (including verbal respect and the ability to recognize whether someone is a guest). The hotel lobby service staff, as frontline personnel, need to work harder to improve. Otherwise, having guests' accommodation experience affected by service staff's inappropriate words and actions is truly counterproductive and wastes such excellent hardware. I hope the hotel can make improvements.
This definitely affects guests' choice for their next stay and their recommendations to friends.

AAmos-You1. The front desk who checked in did not understand Chinese at all, nor did he speak English. It took a long time to check in, and the experience was not good.
2. Single room facilities are okay
3. The shower partition is too small, especially in the standard double room, and you can’t turn around.
4. There are too few sockets in all rooms and their locations are not reasonable.
5. Breakfast is okay

The very comfortable bed, the hot water shower immediately , the truth that I have loved this hotel and is one of the best in which I have been on my trip to Vietnam so far. The free buffet breakfast is super well , a variety of food and every day change and put different things. From the hotel we managed the rent of a scooter for 150.000 dong and a full day long excursion by the bay of lan has bay for some 900.000 per person , and it was extremely worth it we enjoyed . In short , it is a wonderful hotel where we were enchanted with its facilities and service , would repeat one and thousand times .

丽丽映萍踪The location of this hotel is really good. It has a private beach, two outdoor swimming pools, and a coastal plank road, which is picturesque. The boss is Taiwanese, which is good. But the bed in the room is too hard, the pillows are very high, there are only one-slip slippers, oh my god, it's all bruises, I can't sleep well at night, it won't work, please improve it quickly.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

CClarissa PastorWe had a great stay! Our room was huge with a beautiful view and even a bonus of a sunset. We had a mini fridge, hairdryer and a kettle. We stayed at room 801. Our hotel manager was amazing and gave us lots of tips. Plus he sells tours too which made everything much easier. We booked the 1 night 2 day cruise.
Breakfast was delicious you have choices sweet or savory and we got omelette with veggies and a fresh baguette. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
